Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. In the past, she served as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at a Nutrition and Aesthetics Center and completed her internship in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the Korgialeneio-Benakio General Hospital (Red Cross). Currently, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with a Nursery School providing nutritional services as well as with a Wellness and Care Center.

Η Λάσπα Έλενα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Μέσω πανελληνίων εξετάσεων εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών το 1990. Μετά από γραπτό διαγωνισμό έλαβε και διατήρησε για όλη τη διάρκεια των σπουδών την υποτροφία του κληροδοτήματος "Αντωνίου Παπαδάκη". Μετά την αποφοίτηση της τον Ιούλιο του 1996 εκπλήρωσε την υπηρεσίας υπαίθρου, στην διάρκεια της οποίας πήρε απόσπαση για τις εφημερίες της στην μονάδα εμφραγμάτων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Πρεβέζης. Εν συνεχεία ειδικεύτηκε για 2 έτη στην παθολογία ως προαπαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση για την κύρια ειδικότητα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στην ειδικότητα της Ενδοκρινολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων υπό τη διεύθυνση του καθηγητή Α.Τσατσούλη. Ολοκλήρωσε το τελευταίο τμήμα της την ειδικότητας στο St.Mary’s Hospital του Λονδίνου, όπου εξειδικέυθηκε στο υπερηχογράφημα τραχήλου και στις καθοδηγούμενες υπερηχογραφικά παρακεντήσεις όζων θυρεοειδούς αδένα. Παράλληλα με την κλινική της δραστηριότητα στο Λονδίνο, συμμετείχε σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα μελέτης της μεταβλητότητας παραγόντων κινδύνου για την εμφάνιση διαταραχής ανοχής γλυκόζης και αθηροσκληρωτικής νόσου. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας παρέμεινε επιστημονικά ενεργή με την συμμετοχή της σε έρευνες του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων για τον καρκίνο του θυρεοειδούς, για τις ανάγκες της οποίας ανέλαβε μεγάλο αριθμό παρακεντήσεων όζων θυρεοειδούς. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως κλινικός ερευνητής στην Διεθνή κλινική μελέτη Lantus HOE901/3505: ATLANTUS. Επίσης συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής σε πλήθος ελληνικών και διεθνών συνεδρίων. Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for over 10 years. Dr. Panagou Maria MD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with private practices in Melissia and Koropi. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization in Endocrinology, as well as in Pathology, at the Endocrinology Clinic of the General Hospital of Melissia "Amalia Fleming". Alongside her private practices, she currently serves as the Scientific Director of the Endocrinology Department at the Medical Diagnostic Center "Praxis Hygeias," and in the past, she was the Scientific Director of the Endocrinology Department at the South East Aigaion Clinic in Mykonos. Tzaves Ioannis is a Specialist Endocrinologist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. He trained in Endocrinology at the Piraeus Oncology Hospital "Metaxa," where he served in the Hospital’s Endocrinology Clinic, which is the largest endocrinology clinic in Greece and remains the most important center for thyroid ultrasound training. The doctor played a leading role in this center, having specialized in fine-needle aspiration (FNA) techniques for thyroid and lymph node nodules. Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Kyriakos K. Trigkidis, MD, MSc is an Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist practising at his private Office in the city of Chalkida, Evia and in the city of Agios Stefanos, Attica (within the premises of "Medica' Medical Centre).

He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed, in the same Faculty, the post-graduate programme on the field of Resuscitation receiving a Master in Science (MSc) Degree. He is currently preparing his Doctoral Thesis on the subject of ultrasound assessment of hemodynamic status of Intensive Care Unit patients. He has contributed to the scientific literature by publishing articles in peer-reviewed, high-profile journals and by presenting his work in international conferences (ISICEM, ESICM).

Dr. Trigkidis completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and further specialised in Intensive Care Medicine in "Evangelismos" General Hospital of Athens, one of the most prestigious hospitals of the greek Capital. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in General Internal Medicine, having worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal London Hospital and in the Accident and Emergency Department of Queen's Hospital in London, UK.

Currently, apart from private practice, he is employed as an Intensive Care Medicine specialist in the Intensive Care Unit of Athens Medical Centre.

Kostalas Leonidas is an Internist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He holds a PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace and a medical degree from the Semmelweis University Medical School in Budapest. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Western Attica. He has worked at the General Hospital of Syros, the regional clinic of Arkesini Amorgos, and the General Hospital of Western Attica "Agia Varvara." He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a Master's degree (MSc) in Endocrinology from the same educational institution. He received specialized training in the field of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications at the Vascular Cell Biology and Diabetic Complications department of the Joslin Diabetes Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Subsequently, he held a salaried position at the Joslin Diabetes Center, where he participated in clinical protocols involving diabetic patients, gaining both clinical and research experience. He has been clinically involved in Pathology, the management of diabetes mellitus, and its complications continuously for over 20 years, having worked in hospitals in Greece, and in recent years, he has also been involved in Geriatrics, working in hospitals within the National Health System of Great Britain. Throughout his extensive career, he has received numerous distinctions and awards in Greece and abroad for his research work and has a wealth of scientific publications in both Greek and international journals.

Dr. Xarikleia Xristakou is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. She completed her studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She began her clinical and research career in the Endocrinology Department of the First Internal Medicine Clinic at Laiko Hospital in Athens and at the Endocrinology and Metabolism Unit of the Ευγενίδειο Therapeutic Institute, with a special interest in disorders of female reproduction and metabolism. She was awarded the title of Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2014. Subsequently, she specialized at the First University Pediatric Clinic of the "Agia Sofia" Children’s Hospital, focusing on Pediatric Endocrinology. She continued and completed her specialization in Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolism at the First Propaedeutic and Internal Medicine Clinic of Laiko Hospital. She is the author of scientific articles in reputable Greek and international journals and has contributed to the authorship of Greek and international scientific textbooks on Endocrinology. Additionally, she has participated as a speaker at Greek and international conferences. Since January 2022, she has been an academic fellow at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she has been involved in clinical and teaching activities. Furthermore, as a member of the interdisciplinary team at the Center of Excellence for Neuroendocrine Diseases at the University of Athens at Laiko Hospital, she actively participates in Medical Board meetings, where interesting patient cases are discussed with the aim of accurate diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients with neuroendocrine diseases. She also serves as an instructor in the postgraduate program "Endocrine Neoplasms".

Kakoulidis Ioannis is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia.
