Anastasopoulos Vasilis is an Internist at the General Hospital of Attica KAT with the rank of Senior Registrar and maintains a private practice in Nea Filadelfeia. He holds a Medical Degree and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi," as well as in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon." Oikonomopoulou Eudokia - Evina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia. She completed her studies in dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire and Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a Master Nutritionist in Autoimmune Disorders (EL.D.E.) from the Hellenic Nutrition Society. She has been trained in Genetic Counseling at the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as in Health Coaching for healthcare professionals, and in Contemporary Applications of Sports Nutrition from Academy Life. Furthermore, she completed her internship at IASO. She is specialized in diet and nutrition and addresses a wide range of issues related to breastfeeding, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus, nutritional counseling, obesity, metabolism, and irritable bowel syndrome.

Karampelas Ilias is an Internist who maintains his private practice in Cholargos. He holds a medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacology "Carol Davila" in Bucharest. He has served as an Internist in the Oncology Unit of the General Clinic Health Mansion "TYPET," as an Internist in the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the Military Fund Nursing Institution, and as a Scientific Collaborator at the Diabetes Center of the same Hospital. As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. Kakoulidis Ioannis is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master's degree in "Research in Female Reproduction" from the Medical School of NKUA. He specialized in Endocrinology at the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism of the General Hospital - Maternity Hospital of Athens “Elena Venizelou.” During his specialization, he focused on Pregnancy Endocrinology and Andrology, and received training in thyroid ultrasound. He has participated in conferences both in Greece and internationally and has been actively involved in the design and implementation of prospective and retrospective studies in the Endocrinology department, which have been subsequently published or presented in national and international journals and conferences. In 2019, he was awarded by the Hellenic Endocrine Society with the I. Giannatos Award for Best Research Work in Clinical Endocrinology. His practice manages cases covering the entire spectrum of Endocrinology, specifically: Thyroid - Parathyroid Glands, Gestational Diabetes, and Pregnancy Endocrinology.

Katoglou Athina is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Drosia. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she is currently a PhD candidate with a dissertation topic: "Significance of hyaluronic acid levels in monitoring changes in hepatic fibrosis during the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C." She obtained her specialty in pathology at the 2nd University Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration," during which she performed a large number of liver elastographies in the Hepatogastroenterology Unit of the same hospital. Additionally, she has worked as an assistant in the dialysis unit and in the duty shifts of the General Clinic "Galenos," as well as serving as a clinical sign language instructor for dental students. Finally, she has participated in numerous scientific conferences, attended professional seminars for her continuous education, and is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Association for the Study of the Liver, and the European Association for the Study of the Liver.

Aggelis Ilias is a Pathologist who runs a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He holds a Medical Degree from the University of Brescia in Lombardy, Italy, and has experience in managing dyslipidemias, infections, and arterial hypertension. He possesses extensive professional experience, having worked as a Pathologist in departments of major hospitals such as Hygeia Hospital and Konstantopouleio - General Hospital of Nea Ionia. Additionally, he is a member of the European Resuscitation Council, the Hellenic Diabetes Association, and the Athens Medical Association. Through his specialization in pathology at the 1st Pathology Clinic of Konstantopouleio General Hospital of Nea Ionia, the doctor is capable of treating a wide range of conditions in his specially equipped facility.

Kostalas Leonidas is an Internist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He holds a PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace and a medical degree from the Semmelweis University Medical School in Budapest. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Simultaneously, he collaborates with medical clinics, hospitals, and fitness centers, offering personalized nutrition programs and body composition analyses. His professional experience includes salaried practice at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," participation in research projects and scholarships within the framework of the "Research – Create – Innovate" initiatives, and active involvement with publications in international journals and conferences both in Greece and abroad. He also has experience as a lecturer and trainer for students, as well as extensive volunteer work in nutritional education activities. Diamantopoulos Aristeidis Aris is a graduate physician of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained his professional license in 2015. He was a trainee in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia - Patision from 2016 to 2018, and from 2018 to 2023 he specialized in "Endocrinology – Diabetes – Metabolism" at the Endocrinology Department – Diabetes Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," which has also been certified as a National and European Reference Center for "Pituitary - Adrenal - Thyroid Cancer." Concurrently, since 2021, he has been pursuing a PhD at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. As an endocrinologist – diabetologist, he has contributed to numerous publications in reputable Greek and international medical journals. He has also received awards at conferences, including the "Young ESE Investigator Award 2022" from the European Society of Endocrinology. In addition to clinical and research studies, he has participated in multiple conferences in Greece and abroad, presenting lectures, oral communications, and posters. In his private practice, he manages cases spanning the entire spectrum of Endocrinology and Diabetes Mellitus, with the primary concern being the benefit of the patient.

Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Mitsou Argyrios is an Internist and has maintained a private practice in Melissia since February 2025. He completed his specialty training at the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio - Amalia Fleming" and has been incorporated into the Family Physician program.

General family physician Dr Karvouni Lamprini maintains her practice in Pefki, Attica, and manages a wide range of cases concerning the holistic care of patients. Dr Karvouni initially began her studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in the Department of Nursing, where she obtained her degree in 2010. She then continued her education at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, graduating in 2017. Sotiropoulos Konstantinos is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Erythraia. He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a Master's degree (MSc) in Endocrinology from the same educational institution. He received specialized training in the field of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications at the Vascular Cell Biology and Diabetic Complications department of the Joslin Diabetes Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Subsequently, he held a salaried position at the Joslin Diabetes Center, where he participated in clinical protocols involving diabetic patients, gaining both clinical and research experience. He has been clinically involved in Pathology, the management of diabetes mellitus, and its complications continuously for over 20 years, having worked in hospitals in Greece, and in recent years, he has also been involved in Geriatrics, working in hospitals within the National Health System of Great Britain. Throughout his extensive career, he has received numerous distinctions and awards in Greece and abroad for his research work and has a wealth of scientific publications in both Greek and international journals.

Pinelopi Katsiveli is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specializes in cases of endocrine hypertension, adrenal, and pituitary diseases. She completed her residency in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the Pathology Department of the General Hospital of Patision. Furthermore, during her career, she served as an Attending Physician in the Endocrinology Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital and attended the Endocrinopathies - Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic at the Endocrinology Department of the University General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Clinical Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center. In her practice, she manages cases of both classical endocrinology and diabetology. Additionally, she has published original research articles in international medical journals, presented oral and written abstracts at Greek and international conferences, and has extensive research experience.

Dr. Panagou Maria MD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains private practices in Melissia and Koropi. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization in Endocrinology as well as in Pathology at the Endocrinology Clinic of the General Hospital of Melissia "Amalia Fleming." In addition to her private practices, she is currently the Scientific Director of the Endocrinology Department at the Medical Diagnostic Center "Praxis Ygeias," and previously served as the Scientific Director of the Endocrinology Department at the South East Aigaion Clinic in Mykonos. Finally, Dr. Panagou has particular expertise in thyroid disorders, diabetes mellitus, and osteoporosis.

Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.
