Στο site του και στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και στο δικό του κανάλι στο Youtube ανεβάζει τις συνταγές του και χρήσιμες πρακτικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με την διατροφή. Επιπλέον αρθρογραφεί σε διάφορα μέσα και έχει ενεργή παρουσία σε μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο, προωθώντας επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένες απόψεις για έναν πιο ισορροπημένο τρόπο ζωής. Andreas Thomopoulos is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Marousi. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Naples, Italy, and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica "Amalia Fleming," in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital "Elena Venizelou," and in Endocrinology and Diabetology at the Endocrinology and Diabetology Department of the Regional General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." Additionally, he specialized in ultrasound imaging of endocrine glands at the Radiology Department of the Specialized Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxas." Iliopoulos Dimitrios MD, PhD is a Specialist in Internal Medicine - Diabetology with a private practice in Marousi. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Crete. He has specialized training in diabetology and serves as a scientific collaborator at the diabetes center of the 2nd University Clinic at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration." Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Επιπλέον του ερευνητικού και διδακτικού του έργου στnν Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL, που συγκαταλέγεται στις 10 κορυφαίες ιατρικές σχολές παγκοσμίως, συνεχίζει το κλινικό του έργο τόσο στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, εκτελώντας καθήκοντα Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου, όσο και στην Ελλάδα, στη Γενική και Μαιευτική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ.  

Μετά την εισαγωγή του με πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις και αποφοίτησή του από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, μετέβη το 2004 στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, όπου και εργάστηκε σε κορυφαία Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία μέχρι το 2018. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Dr. Daravagka Pinelopi is a Pathologist-Diabetologist. She maintains a clinic in Marousi and Drosia, Attica. She possesses extensive experience in managing pathological cases such as febrile illnesses-colds, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, among others. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

General family physician Dr Karvouni Lamprini maintains her practice in Pefki, Attica, and manages a wide range of cases concerning the holistic care of patients. Dr Karvouni initially began her studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in the Department of Nursing, where she obtained her degree in 2010. She then continued her education at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, graduating in 2017. Pyksara Souzana is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her practice in Neo Iraklio. She studied at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a professional license.​ Her career path led her to recognize the close relationship between psychology and nutrition, which guided her to specialize as a "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" from the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD).

Dr. Leventi Eleni MD, MSc is an Internist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same University. She completed her rural service and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." During her specialization, she was extensively involved in the hospitalization and therapeutic management of hundreds of cases, ranging from very simple to severe, and participated in a three-month training in the Infectious Diseases, Intensive Care, and Cardiology Units of the hospital. Kourgia Vasiliki is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates the dietary office "Diet for you" in Neo Iraklio. She studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at A.T.E.I Sitias, specializing in Eating Disorders at the postgraduate level. She has collaborated with the Central Clinic of Athens, with the obesity team of surgeon Mr. Grigoropoulos, and works systematically as a nutrition consultant in gyms and aesthetic centers. She has participated in various informative programs on state and private television as well as radio productions. Her articles have been published in magazines such as Vita, Armonia, as well as on several websites. In September 2014, she participated in the Stavros Niarchos Foundation program in remote areas involving anthropometric measurements in adults and children and providing information on promoting healthy nutrition for adults and children. She has taken part in various talks and conferences as a speaker on topics related to nutritional behaviors of adults and children, childhood obesity, and people with osteoporosis issues. Tzaves Ioannis is a Specialist Endocrinologist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. He trained in Endocrinology at the Piraeus Oncology Hospital "Metaxa," where he served in the Hospital’s Endocrinology Clinic, which is the largest endocrinology clinic in Greece and remains the most important center for thyroid ultrasound training. The doctor played a leading role in this center, having specialized in fine-needle aspiration (FNA) techniques for thyroid and lymph node nodules.
