As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Dr. Leventi Eleni MD, MSc is an Internist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same University. She completed her rural service and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." During her specialization, she was extensively involved in the hospitalization and therapeutic management of hundreds of cases, ranging from very simple to severe, and participated in a three-month training in the Infectious Diseases, Intensive Care, and Cardiology Units of the hospital. To this day, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with the hospitals "Hygeia," "Mitera," and "Euroclinic," where patient hospitalization is possible. Finally, Dr. Leventi stays updated on contemporary medical developments by attending numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Pinelopi Katsiveli is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specializes in cases of endocrine hypertension, adrenal, and pituitary diseases. She completed her residency in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the Pathology Department of the General Hospital of Patision. Furthermore, during her career, she served as an Attending Physician in the Endocrinology Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital and attended the Endocrinopathies - Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic at the Endocrinology Department of the University General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Clinical Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center. In her practice, she manages cases of both classical endocrinology and diabetology. Additionally, she has published original research articles in international medical journals, presented oral and written abstracts at Greek and international conferences, and has extensive research experience.

Spanoudi Filio MD, PhD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a doctoral thesis on diabetes mellitus and thyroid disease, and is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Padua in Italy. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Health Unit Management from the Hellenic Open University, with a thesis on polycystic ovary syndrome. She has served as an endocrinology trainee at the Endocrinology Department of the General Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou," where she specialized in pregnancy endocrinology and reproductive endocrinology, as well as a pathology trainee and later scientific collaborator at the B' Propaedeutic Medical Clinic - Research Unit of the University General Hospital "Attikon," where she completed her doctoral dissertation and conducted research on diabetes mellitus. She has extensive research experience with publications of original papers in Greek and international medical journals and presentations at international and Greek conferences. The physician has significant clinical experience and specializes in endocrinological monitoring of pregnancy, thyroid disorders, diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and reproductive endocrinology. The practice also manages cases of osteoporosis, dyslipidemia, obesity, parathyroid gland diseases, pituitary gland disorders, adrenal gland conditions, as well as other diseases related to the scientific fields of Endocrinology, Diabetes Mellitus, and Metabolism. Finally, the physician is a member of scientific endocrinology and diabetes societies and actively participates in conferences held both in Greece and abroad.

Ο Δημητρούλης Μάνος είναι Κλινικός Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος με μεταπτυχιακή ειδίκευση στην Αθλητική Διατροφή και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό του γραφείο στην Γλυφάδα με την επωνυμία Dietstories. Ολοκλήρωσε τις προπτυχιακές και μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στην διάρκεια της καριέρας του έχει συνεργαστεί με το το εργαστήριο Διατροφής και Κλινικής Διαιτολογίας του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου και συμμετέχει σε δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά σχετικά με την κατάσταση υπεραθλητών μεγάλων αποστάσεων. Έχει διατελέσει υπεύθυνος της διαιτολογικής ομάδας των γυμναστηρίων Joe Weider. Ενώ στην σχεδόν 20ετή του εμπειρία στο πεδίο της Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής, έχει αντιμετωπίσει πληθώρα διαφορετικών κλινικών περιστατικών και έχει προσεγγίσει σε βάθος ποικίλη θεματολογία. Τα τελευταία 15 χρόνια διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό του γραφείο "Dietstories", με σκοπό την διατροφική υποστήριξη και παροχή συμβουλευτικής και καθοδήγησης σε άτομα που επιθυμούν να κάνουν αλλαγές στον τρόπο διατροφή τους. Τα τελευταία 6 χρόνια επιχειρεί και στις εγκαταστάσεις του ΟΑΚΑ με συνεργασίες με αθλητικούς συλλόγους, γυμναστήρια και το ευρύ κοινό. Έχει συνεργαστεί επίσης με την ομάδα υδατοσφαίρισης του Παναθηναικού, ενώ το 2018 ανέλαβε την διαιτολογική παρακολούθηση των αθλητών της εθνικής ομάδας κωπηλασίας. Στο site του και στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και στο δικό του κανάλι στο Youtube ανεβάζει τις συνταγές του και χρήσιμες πρακτικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με την διατροφή. Επιπλέον αρθρογραφεί σε διάφορα μέσα και έχει ενεργή παρουσία σε μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο, προωθώντας επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένες απόψεις για έναν πιο ισορροπημένο τρόπο ζωής. Είναι συγγραφέας 3 βιβλίων μαγειρικής: Dietstories - Cooking edition, Dietstories - Less than 400 kcal & Dietstories No sugar challenge. Η Καψάλη Χαρά είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών, με εξάμηνη φοίτηση στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου “Goethe university Frankfurt” στη Φρανκφούρτη της Γερμανίας. Στο πλαίσιο της ειδικότητας, εργάστηκε δύο χρόνια ως ειδικευόμενη παθολογίας στο ΓΝΑ «Σισμανόγλειο-Αμαλία Φλέμινγκ» και, εν συνεχεία, ειδικεύτηκε στην Ενδοκρινολογία στη Μονάδα Ενδοκρινολογίας και Κέντρο Μεταβολισμού και Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη στο ΓΝΑ «Γεώργιος Γεννηματάς». Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας εκπαιδεύτηκε επίσης στο Πανεπιστημιακό Τμήμα Κλιμακτηρίου και Εμμηνόπαυσης στη Β΄ Μαιευτική και Γυναικολογική Κλινική του «Αρεταιείου» Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών, στην αντιμετώπιση ενδοκρινοπαθειών κατά την κύηση στο Γ.Ν «Έλενα Βενιζέλου», και στο Ενδοκρινολογικό Τμήμα Αύξησης Ανάπτυξης στο Γ.Ν.Π.Α. «Παναγιώτη και Αγλαΐας Κυριακού». Πραγματοποιεί μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Γυναικεία Αναπαραγωγή στο Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και έχει αναλάβει το συντονισμό πολυκεντρικής μελέτης που αφορά στην βλαπτική επίδραση της αλδοστερόνης σε ασθενείς με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη. Διαθέτει, επίσης, πιστοποιήσεις στην προνοσοκομειακή παροχή πρώτων βοηθειών:«ATLS» από το Αμερικάνικο Κολλέγιο Χειρουργών και «ALS» από την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Καρδιοαναπνευστικής Αναζωογόνησης. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί και διαθέτει μεγάλη κλινική εμπειρία σε μεγάλο εύρος ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων του σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, των νοσημάτων θυρεοειδούς και παραθυρεοειδών αδένων, της οστεοπόρωσης και των νοσημάτων του μεταβολισμού ασβεστίου, των διαταραχών εμμήνου ρύσεως και εμμηνόπαυσης, του υπογοναδισμού, των νοσημάτων των επινεφριδίων και της υπόφυσης, της ενδοκρινικής υπέρτασης, της παχυσαρκίας, των διαταραχών λιπιδίων, και των ενδοκρινοπαθειών κατά την κύηση. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας covid-19, προσέφερε τις ιατρικές της υπηρεσίες με εφημέρευση στο τμήμα Covid της Α΄ Παθολογικής κλινικής του ΓΝΑ «Γ. Γεννηματάς». Έχει συμμετάσχει σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια Ενδοκρινολογίας και Διαβήτη και σε δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκυρα ιατρικά περιοδικά. Τέλος, διατελεί μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρείας.

Απο το 2022 έως το 2024 είχε αναλάβει ως επιστημονικά υπεύθυνη το ενδοκρινολογικο τμήμα του ιδιωτικού πολυιατρείου "Doctor hall" στην Καλλιθέα. Επίσης από το 2023 διατελεί επιστημονική συνεργάτης της Accurate health auditing and consulting AE.

Marinakis Euaggelos is an Internal Medicine Specialist and Health Coach maintaining a private practice in Chalandri, bordering Psychiko (area of Agia Varvara, Chalandri). He studied Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has extensive experience and certified training in metabolic and nutritional disorders, including Obesity and Diabetes Mellitus, as well as specific conditions such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, and Emotional Eating. He served for many years as an instructor in Advanced Life Support, with certified training and extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, in hospitals in Greece and abroad [The Royal Surrey County Hospital, UK], and holds certified training in Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, and Gestational Diabetes (General Hospital of Athens "Laiko" and the Endocrinology-Diabetes department in a private clinic). Marinakis Euaggelos applies modern, individualized, comprehensive-holistic methods based on continuous education in areas such as health coaching and life coaching, behavioral psychology, and fundamental principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy, aiming to achieve personal goals in nutrition and body weight management, management of chronic diseases such as obesity, bulimia, binge eating, emotional eating, restrictive eating, anorexia, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia (elevated cholesterol), and lifestyle improvement, with the ultimate goal of achieving substantial health and well-being. With long-term work experience in two university clinics, Marinakis Euaggelos has an extensive educational role in lecture halls, seminars, and conferences, as well as participation in the authorship of scientific texts. Finally, he collaborates with reputable private clinics for emergency cases and situations requiring hospitalization.

Stefanakis Lykourgos is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private office in Chalandri. He holds a degree in Applied Dietetics from Canterbury Christ Church University and is an accredited member with ISAK level 1, after completing the educational program of the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry, focusing on Anthropometry. He completed his internship at the Metabolic Self-Regulation and Wellness Center "Homeostasis S.A." He has also attended the specialized program "Sports Nutrition Specialist" by the Academy of Sports Nutrition and is a Scientific Collaborator at Exodos Fitness, where he provides dietary services to athletes. At his private office, Mr. Stefanakis offers a holistic approach to nutrition, combining scientific knowledge with personal interaction. By thoroughly studying the needs of each individual, he designs personalized nutrition programs based on the principles of balanced nutrition.

Drimala Panagiota is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the largest independent Endocrinology Clinic and Diabetology Center in the country, located in the “Evangelismos” hospital. There, she gained extensive experience in managing patients with diabetes mellitus. Additionally, she specialized in gestational diabetes and thyroid disorders during pregnancy at the “Alexandra” and “Elena Venizelou” hospitals. As part of her continuous education, she has attended postgraduate programs related to Human Reproduction, Childhood Obesity, as well as specialization in Thyroid Ultrasound at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Marikou Foteini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist MSc, graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at Harokopio University and holder of a Master's Degree from the Medical School of Athens titled "Pathology of Pregnancy - High Risk Pregnancy." As part of her undergraduate program, she completed internships at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, a private dietetic office, and a food industry company. Subsequently, she collaborated for several years with NGOs, where she provided voluntary nutritional support to cancer patients during and after anticancer treatments. Simultaneously, she has served as head dietitian - nutritionist in a large gym chain. She has been evaluating private cases since 2018, specializing in nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in cases of eating disorders and clinical conditions such as hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and specialized clinical conditions. Moreover, she continuously updates and actively follows the latest developments in the field of Nutrition and Health through educational seminars, conferences, and workshops. Since 2022, she has been operating her dietetic office in Ambelokipi, Attica, equipped with state-of-the-art technological equipment, catering to numerous individuals by personalizing her approach tailored to each person's specific needs.

Dr. Trouvas Euaggelos is a Military Physician and Consultant at the 251 General Air Force Hospital. He completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," and has received additional training in Diabetes Mellitus at the Diabetes Center of the 1st Propaedeutic Department of Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko." In his private practice, the physician manages a wide range of cases related to his specialty, always focusing on providing the best possible care tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Stefanidou Ilektra is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and the scientific director of the Model Nutrition Center Healthy Diet Plan in Cholargos.
