As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Dr. Leventi Eleni MD, MSc is an Internist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same University. She completed her rural service and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." During her specialization, she was extensively involved in the hospitalization and therapeutic management of hundreds of cases, ranging from very simple to severe, and participated in a three-month training in the Infectious Diseases, Intensive Care, and Cardiology Units of the hospital. To this day, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with the hospitals "Hygeia," "Mitera," and "Euroclinic," where patient hospitalization is possible. Finally, Dr. Leventi stays updated on contemporary medical developments by attending numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Pinelopi Katsiveli is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specializes in cases of endocrine hypertension, adrenal, and pituitary diseases. She completed her residency in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the Pathology Department of the General Hospital of Patision. Furthermore, during her career, she served as an Attending Physician in the Endocrinology Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital and attended the Endocrinopathies - Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic at the Endocrinology Department of the University General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Clinical Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center. In her practice, she manages cases of both classical endocrinology and diabetology. Additionally, she has published original research articles in international medical journals, presented oral and written abstracts at Greek and international conferences, and has extensive research experience.

Spanoudi Filio MD, PhD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a doctoral thesis on diabetes mellitus and thyroid disease, and is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Padua in Italy. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Health Unit Management from the Hellenic Open University, with a thesis on polycystic ovary syndrome. She has served as an endocrinology trainee at the Endocrinology Department of the General Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou," where she specialized in pregnancy endocrinology and reproductive endocrinology, as well as a pathology trainee and later scientific collaborator at the B' Propaedeutic Medical Clinic - Research Unit of the University General Hospital "Attikon," where she completed her doctoral dissertation and conducted research on diabetes mellitus. She has extensive research experience with publications of original papers in Greek and international medical journals and presentations at international and Greek conferences. The physician has significant clinical experience and specializes in endocrinological monitoring of pregnancy, thyroid disorders, diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and reproductive endocrinology. The practice also manages cases of osteoporosis, dyslipidemia, obesity, parathyroid gland diseases, pituitary gland disorders, adrenal gland conditions, as well as other diseases related to the scientific fields of Endocrinology, Diabetes Mellitus, and Metabolism. Finally, the physician is a member of scientific endocrinology and diabetes societies and actively participates in conferences held both in Greece and abroad.

Ο Δημητρούλης Μάνος είναι Κλινικός Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος με μεταπτυχιακή ειδίκευση στην Αθλητική Διατροφή και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό του γραφείο στην Γλυφάδα με την επωνυμία Dietstories. Ολοκλήρωσε τις προπτυχιακές και μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στην διάρκεια της καριέρας του έχει συνεργαστεί με το το εργαστήριο Διατροφής και Κλινικής Διαιτολογίας του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου και συμμετέχει σε δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά σχετικά με την κατάσταση υπεραθλητών μεγάλων αποστάσεων. Έχει διατελέσει υπεύθυνος της διαιτολογικής ομάδας των γυμναστηρίων Joe Weider. Ενώ στην σχεδόν 20ετή του εμπειρία στο πεδίο της Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής, έχει αντιμετωπίσει πληθώρα διαφορετικών κλινικών περιστατικών και έχει προσεγγίσει σε βάθος ποικίλη θεματολογία. Τα τελευταία 15 χρόνια διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό του γραφείο "Dietstories", με σκοπό την διατροφική υποστήριξη και παροχή συμβουλευτικής και καθοδήγησης σε άτομα που επιθυμούν να κάνουν αλλαγές στον τρόπο διατροφή τους. Τα τελευταία 6 χρόνια επιχειρεί και στις εγκαταστάσεις του ΟΑΚΑ με συνεργασίες με αθλητικούς συλλόγους, γυμναστήρια και το ευρύ κοινό. Έχει συνεργαστεί επίσης με την ομάδα υδατοσφαίρισης του Παναθηναικού, ενώ το 2018 ανέλαβε την διαιτολογική παρακολούθηση των αθλητών της εθνικής ομάδας κωπηλασίας. Στο site του και στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και στο δικό του κανάλι στο Youtube ανεβάζει τις συνταγές του και χρήσιμες πρακτικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με την διατροφή. Επιπλέον αρθρογραφεί σε διάφορα μέσα και έχει ενεργή παρουσία σε μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο, προωθώντας επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένες απόψεις για έναν πιο ισορροπημένο τρόπο ζωής. Είναι συγγραφέας 3 βιβλίων μαγειρικής: Dietstories - Cooking edition, Dietstories - Less than 400 kcal & Dietstories No sugar challenge. Συνδυάζοντας την επιστήμη με την αγάπη του για τη μαγειρική, προσδοκεί να σας μυήσει σε έναν απολαυστικό και συγχρόνως ισορροπημένο τρόπο διατροφής, απαλλαγμένο από τύψεις και διατροφικού αποκλεισμούς.

Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Επιπλέον του ερευνητικού και διδακτικού του έργου στnν Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL, που συγκαταλέγεται στις 10 κορυφαίες ιατρικές σχολές παγκοσμίως, συνεχίζει το κλινικό του έργο τόσο στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, εκτελώντας καθήκοντα Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου, όσο και στην Ελλάδα, στη Γενική και Μαιευτική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ.  

Μετά την εισαγωγή του με πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις και αποφοίτησή του από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, μετέβη το 2004 στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, όπου και εργάστηκε σε κορυφαία Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία μέχρι το 2018. Το 2007 έγινε, μετά από εξετάσεις, τακτικό μέλος του Βασιλικού Κολεγίου των Παθολόγων (Member of the Royal College of Physicians, UK). Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητάς του στην Ενδοκρινολογία και Διαβητολογία στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία (CCT in Endocrinology & Diabetes, UK) και συγκεκριμένα στα Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία Royal Free Hospital, University College London Hospital και Whittington Hospital του UCL, τον Φεβρουάριο 2015 ανέλαβε θέση Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική - Διαβητολογική Κλινική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Συνεχίζει το ερευνητικό του έργο με βάση το UCL και πλήθος διεθνών συνεργασιών με περισσότερες από 55 δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά και περισσότερες από 50 παρουσιάσεις εργασιών και ομιλίες σε βρετανικά, ευρωπαϊκά και αμερικάνικα ιατρικά συνέδρια. Έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων και διαβήτη και το πρωταρχικό του μέλημα είναι η προσφορά υψηλού επιπέδου εξατομικευμένων υπηρεσιών υγείας με βασικό γνώμονα την Ιατρική με βάση την πιο επικαιροποιημένη επιστημονική γνώση (Evidence - Based Medicine).

Kiortsis Dimitrios, Endocrinologist - Diabetologist, is a Professor at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina. He maintains private practices in Athens and Ioannina. He received specialized training in Paris at the university hospitals Pitie-Salpetriere, Saint Louis, Hotel Dieu, Trousseau, and Cochin. He holds the three-year diploma in Endocrinology-Metabolic Diseases (DU Paris V). He earned his doctorate (PhD) through collaboration between the Universities of Paris (Paris VI) and Athens. He has 35 years of experience across the full spectrum of endocrine disorders, with particular expertise in obesity and metabolic diseases. He is a European-certified specialist and trainer of young physicians in obesity (European Scope). He has served as President of the Hellenic Medical Society of Obesity and is currently President of the Hellenic Society of Metabolism, Nutrition, and Wellness. His original research work includes over 200 publications in international journals and numerous chapters in both international and Greek medical books. His work has received multiple awards. He continues his research in collaboration with leading institutions in Europe and the USA. His clinic offers a fully personalized approach to the entire range of endocrine disorders, with an emphasis on modern therapeutic management of metabolic diseases and obesity. By combining academic research with extensive clinical experience, his goal is to improve patient quality of life through scientifically substantiated knowledge.

Markada Al Xasount Aleksandra is a Dietitian practicing in Galatsi. She studied at the University of Hertfordshire and has worked as a Dietitian at the Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" and at Metaxa Hospital. She possesses extensive experience and manages issues such as the management of diabetes mellitus, obesity, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, clinical nutrition, and more.

Marikou Foteini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist MSc, graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at Harokopio University and holder of a Master's Degree from the Medical School of Athens titled "Pathology of Pregnancy - High Risk Pregnancy." As part of her undergraduate program, she completed internships at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, a private dietetic office, and a food industry company. Subsequently, she collaborated for several years with NGOs, where she provided voluntary nutritional support to cancer patients during and after anticancer treatments. Simultaneously, she has served as head dietitian - nutritionist in a large gym chain. She has been evaluating private cases since 2018, specializing in nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in cases of eating disorders and clinical conditions such as hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and specialized clinical conditions. Moreover, she continuously updates and actively follows the latest developments in the field of Nutrition and Health through educational seminars, conferences, and workshops. Since 2022, she has been operating her dietetic office in Ambelokipi, Attica, equipped with state-of-the-art technological equipment, catering to numerous individuals by personalizing her approach tailored to each person's specific needs.

Konstantinos Mpalampanis MD, PhD is a Pathologist - Diabetologist with private clinics in Piraeus, Salamina, and Athens. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, where he also earned his medical degree. He is certified in SCOPE (World Obesity Federation), BLS/AED (Basic Life Support), and ILS/AED (Immediate Life Support) by the European Resuscitation Council. He completed his specialty training in Pathology at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and has since been a University Fellow in Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and the Research Unit of "Attikon" Hospital. Since 2013, as part of his tenure at the 2nd Propaedeutic Clinic of the University of Athens - Diabetology Center, he participates daily in the activities of the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic, contributes to its operations, and has served as a Sub Investigator in over 18 multicenter studies (phase 2 & 3) focusing on Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Fatty Liver Disease, and Lipodystrophies. This activity continues to the present. According to the new provisions of the law and its transitional arrangements, he officially holds the specialization title of "DIABETOLOGIST" since 2021. He has a substantial body of research and teaching work and has participated in conferences and seminars both in Greece and internationally. Finally, it is worth noting that in his private practice, he offers, among other services, specialized diabetes, pre-diabetes, and obesity screening, as well as dietary services (through collaboration with Dietitians - Nutritionists within the private clinic spaces), always fully understanding the individual needs of each patient.
