Το Nutrimed Ζωγράφου - Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος εδρεύει στη περιοχή του Ζωγράφου. Ο Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος MSc είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνος του Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο τμήμα "Επιστήμης Τροφίμων και Διατροφής του Ανθρώπου" του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου, με ειδίκευση στην "Διατροφή του Ανθρώπου, Δημόσια Υγεία και Πολιτικές" και κατέχει πτυχίο διαιτολόγου - διατροφολόγου του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Επίσης, η πρακτική του άσκηση πραγματοποιήθηκε σε Νοσοκομεία της Αθήνας όπως το Νοσοκομείο "Αγία Όλγα", το Παίδων "Αγία Σοφία", το "Θριάσιο", το "Σωτηρία" και το "Αλεξάνδρα", όπου ειδικεύτηκε πάνω σε κλινικά νοσήματα, ενώ μέχρι το 2021 εργαζόταν στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών. Το 2021 διορίστηκε στο ΓΝΑ 417 ΝΙΜΤΣ όπου εργάζεται μέχρι και σήμερα. Ακόμα, έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πλήθος συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή, ενώ έχει εργαστεί σε αθλητικά σωματεία ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ. Τέλος, από το 2015 εως το 2021 διετέλεσε ταμίας του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και από το 2022 έως σήμερα Γενικός Γραμματέας.

Η Αθηνά Φλώρου είναι συνεργάτιδα του κου Παξιμαδά στο Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα. Στο πλαίσιο της μεταπτυχιακής της εκπαίδευσης, εργάστηκε στο St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, συμβάλλοντας σημαντικά στην αποκατάσταση ασθενών με διατροφικές διαταραχές. Δημιουργούσε εξειδικευμένα διατροφικά προγράμματα και συνεργαζόταν στενά με την ιατρική και θεραπευτική ομάδα του νοσοκομείου για την ολιστική προσέγγιση της αποκατάστασης των ασθενών. Η Αθηνά είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων-Διατροφολόγων (ΠΣΔΔ), της European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) και του Association for Nutrition (AfN) της Αγγλίας. Έχει επίσης εργαστεί για 3 χρόνια σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία, όπου απέκτησε ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση διατροφικών αναγκών, στον σχεδιασμό εξατομικευμένων διατροφικών πλάνων και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ατόμων με διάφορους ιατρικούς και διατροφικούς στόχους.

Papadimitriou Eirini MD, MSc, PhDc is a highly qualified and experienced endocrinologist, with extensive clinical training and academic activity, maintaining a private practice in Kallithea. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holding a master's degree in Research of Female Reproduction, and her doctoral thesis focuses on pituitary tumors. She specialized in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," at the First Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou," where she was trained in managing pediatric endocrinology cases, and at the General Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou," where she trained in endocrine disorders during pregnancy. Skoulidi Virna BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has attended a clinical nutrition and dietetics seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Policies from the Agricultural University of Athens and in Nutritional Psychology from the CNP (Center for Nutritional Psychology). The specialist has worked as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at SALAS Catering Company and Fitpal Healthy Meals Company, as well as at the Elegance Aesthetic Center. Dr. Kouveletsou Marina, MD, MSc, PhDc, is a Military Physician, Specialist in Internal Medicine – Diabetology, and maintains a private practice in Kallithea, while also serving as a Consultant at the 251 Air Force General Hospital. She is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Medical Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School and the Military School of Corps Officers (SSAS).

She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 1st University Teaching Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens “Laiko” and at the 251 Air Force General Hospital. Pitarokoili Marina is a pathologist who runs her private practice in Spata. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the same institution. She specialized at the 4th Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," where she was trained in lipid disorders and complications of diabetes mellitus, at the dyslipidemia and diabetic foot clinics, respectively. Dr. Dermitzakis Stylianos is a Pathologist, founder and owner of the Premedicare Medical Center. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and holds a postgraduate degree in "Health Unit Management" from the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University of Patras. Within his specialty training, he served at the 1st IKA Hospital "Papadimitriou," the Regional General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio," as well as at the Military Fund Nursing Institution NIMTS. Additionally, he served as Head of Pathology at the Athens Bioclinic and concurrently was Director of Medical Services at Cross Border, providing medical coverage to medical tourism patients.

Dr. Trouvas Euaggelos is a Military Physician and Consultant at the 251 General Air Force Hospital. He completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Make Eat Happen Ioanna Papadopoulou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, MSc and operates a private practice in Dafni. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens.

In 2013, she obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health Nutrition from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at University College London.

From 2014 to 2016, she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units of the Mitera, Iaso, Rea, and Gaia Maternity Hospitals, specializing in enteral and parenteral nutrition. Since 2014, she has been working as a freelancer, designing personalized nutritional plans as well as providing advice and guidance to individuals seeking to manage their weight and improve their nutrition and health. Additionally, since 2017, she collaborates with Nutrimed, focusing on article writing and providing dietetic services and consultancy to companies.

She has attended and continues to attend numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to nutrition and health.
