Raptis Athanasios is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains private clinics in Athens and Kalyvia Attikis. He is an Emeritus Professor of Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus at the Medical School of the University of Athens (EKPA) and an Associate of the Athens Medical Center (Marousi). He specializes in Diabetes Mellitus (type 1, type 2, gestational, insulin pumps), its complications, arterial hypertension, as well as the entire spectrum of metabolic diseases (dyslipidemia, obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). He was a member of the Diabetology Center of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathology Clinic of the University of Athens from 1982 to 2024, except for the period of his military service, rural medical practice, and further training. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He underwent two years of postgraduate training at King’s College London, in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolic Diseases at Guy's Hospital, focusing on arterial hypertension and diabetic nephropathy. Spanoudi Filio MD, PhD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a doctoral thesis on diabetes mellitus and thyroid disease, and is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Padua in Italy. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Health Unit Management from the Hellenic Open University, with a thesis on polycystic ovary syndrome. She has served as an endocrinology trainee at the Endocrinology Department of the General Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou," where she specialized in pregnancy endocrinology and reproductive endocrinology, as well as a pathology trainee and later scientific collaborator at the B' Propaedeutic Medical Clinic - Research Unit of the University General Hospital "Attikon," where she completed her doctoral dissertation and conducted research on diabetes mellitus. She has extensive research experience with publications of original papers in Greek and international medical journals and presentations at international and Greek conferences. The physician has significant clinical experience and specializes in endocrinological monitoring of pregnancy, thyroid disorders, diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Pouxner Karolos is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Koukaki. He graduated from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria, in 2005, holding a Master's Degree in "International Health" and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Public Health from the Medical University of Berlin. Additionally, he earned a Doctorate from the Medical School of the University of Freiburg, Germany, in 2010. He completed his specialty training in Internal Pathology at university hospitals in Berlin and has been continuously working since 2006 in various fields of clinical medicine, public, and international health. As a pathologist, he has received further training and possesses extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of chronic diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Thyroid Disorders, Liver Diseases, as well as Travel Medicine and Tropical Diseases. His scientific and research interests include Community and Public Health, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Tropical, Migrant, and Humanitarian Medicine, as well as International and Global Health. He has authored ten foreign-language publications in scientific journals, six presentations at international conferences, and contributed one chapter to an edited volume. He has participated in numerous European and international conferences and advanced training programs. Regarding his professional experience, he has many years of teaching experience in adult education, serves as an external lecturer at the Medical University of Berlin, and is a scientific collaborator of the Master's Program "Global Health – Disaster Medicine" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Recently, he was appointed lead instructor of the "Migration and Health" module in the Master's Program "Public Health and Health Policy" at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Grigorios Rompopoulos, Endocrinologist, Diabetologist, Grigorios Rompopoulos is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens. He has held the specialty of Endocrinology since 2008 and has been practicing as a private physician in Athens since then. He possesses extensive experience in clinical studies with more than 40 scientific publications and presentations in international scientific journals and conferences. He served as a general practitioner in Boeotia, as a pathology resident at Nikaia General Hospital, and as an endocrinology resident at Hippokration Hospital of Athens, where he obtained his specialty in Endocrinology. He worked for several years as a hospital physician in private clinics and later as a medical consultant and medical director at a company developing innovative therapies.
