Από το 2014, εργάζεται ως ελεύθερη επαγγελματίας και αναλαμβάνει το σχεδιασμό εξατομικευμένων διατροφικών πλάνων αλλά και την παροχή συμβουλών και την καθοδήγηση σε άτομα που επιθυμούν τη διαχείριση του βάρους τους και τη βελτίωση της διατροφής και της υγείας τους.Παράλληλα, από το 2017 συνεργάζεται με την εταιρία Nutrimed με βασικά αντικείμενα την αρθρογραφία και την παροχή διαιτολογικών υπηρεσιών και συμβουλευτικής σε εταιρίες.

Έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πλήθος συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή και την υγεία.
