O Κάτσενος Κωνσταντίνος είναι Χειρουργός Ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στα Ιωάννινα.Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων μετά από Πανελλήνιες εισαγωγικές εξετάσεις (1994-2000). Διορίστηκε ως αγροτικός Ιατρός στο ΠΙ Δροσοπηγής Ιωαννίνων του Κέντρου Υγείας Κόνιτσας όπου παρέμεινε με παράταση 18 μήνες εκπληρώνοντας την υποχρεωτική υπηρεσία υπαίθρου.Το 2002 διορίστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων εκπληρώνοντας τον χρόνο της γενικής χειρουργικής που απαιτείται για την ειδικότητα της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας.Διορίστηκε για δεύτερη φορά ως αγροτικός Ιατρός θητείας στο ΠΙ Ροδαυγής Άρτας του ΚΥ Βουργαρελίου (2005-2006) και το 2007 διορίστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος ιατρός της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογικής Κλινικής του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων από όπου έλαβε την ειδικότητα της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας.Στη συνέχεια μετεκπαιδεύθηκε στο Παιδιατρικό Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Armand Trousseau στο Παρίσι στην Γαλλία όπου παρακολούθησε όλο το εύρος της σύγχρονης Ωτολαρυγγολογίας ( Κοχλιακά εμφυτεύματα, Ωτοχειρουργική, αποκατάσταση δυσπλαστικών πτερυγίων ωτών με μοσχεύματα χόνδρου πλευρών (Nagata), ωτοπλαστικές , κλπ).Διετέλεσε επίσης γραμματέας και πρόεδρος της φοιτητικής ομάδας εθελοντικής αιμοδοσίας (ΦΟΕΑ) του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων και γραμματέας του Συλλόγου φοιτητών της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων.Συμμετείχε στην οργάνωση ως μέλος της επιτροπής του πρώτου Γαλλο-Ελληνικού διεθνούς συνεδρίου Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας Χειρουργικής Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου στην Κέρκυρα και ως ειδικός γραμματέας στην οργάνωση του δεύτερου Γαλλο-Ελληνικού διεθνούς συνεδρίου Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας Χειρουργικής Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου στη Λευκάδα.Είναι εκλεγμένος αντιπρόεδρος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Ιωαννίνων για δεύτερη συνεχόμενη τριετία.Τέλος,είναι μέλος πολλών Ελληνικών Επιστημονικών ΩΡΛ Εταιρειών και μέλος της Γαλλικής ΩΡΛ Eταιρείας ( Société française d’Oto-Rhino-Laryngologie et de Chirurgie de la Face et du Cou).

Gkountakos Ioannis MD, MSc, PhD, FEBORL-HNS is an Otolaryngologist with a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a postgraduate degree in Medical Research Methodology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a medical degree from the same university. He is also a Doctor of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The doctor is specialized in head and neck surgery and has worked at various hospitals in Greece and abroad, including St Mary’s & Charing Cross Hospital in England.
