O Κάτσενος Κωνσταντίνος είναι Χειρουργός Ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στα Ιωάννινα.Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων μετά από Πανελλήνιες εισαγωγικές εξετάσεις (1994-2000).
