Η διαιτολόγος διαθέτει ιδιαίτερη εμπειρία στην αθλητική διατροφή, μιας και είναι συνεργάτης της Κολυμβητικής Ομοσπονδίας Ελλάδος, έχοντας την διατροφική υποστήριξη των εθνικών ομάδων Ανδρών - Γυναικών του αθλήματος της υδατοσφαίρισης. Η ίδια, ως αθλήτρια και μέλος της εθνικής ομάδας ως το 2018, έχει πληθώρα διεθνών διακρίσεων, με κορυφαία διάκριση την 1η θέση στο Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα 2011. Διαθέτει εξειδίκευσή στις διατροφικές διαταραχές με πιστοποίηση Master Practitioners on Eating Disorders & Obesity από το Εθνικό Κέντρο Διατροφικών Διαταραχών της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας και το British Psychology Society - BPS. Στα πλαίσια της πτυχιακής της διατριβής, ασχολήθηκε με τους δείκτες παχυσαρκίας και γενετικής προδιάθεσης έφηβων αθλητών υδατοσφάιρισης. Η πρακτική της άσκηση πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Ειδικό Αντικαρκινικό νοσοκομείο Πειραιά "Μεταξά" και επίσης εργάστηκε σε μονάδα επεξεργασίας τροφίμων και σε αθλητικό σωματείο. Έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πληθώρα συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή και τις εξελίξεις στον τομέα της διατροφής και είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο παρέχονται εφαρμοσμένα προγράμματα διατροφικής αγωγής και υποστήριξης φυσιολογικών και παθολογικών καταστάσεων όπως, απώλεια και αύξηση βάρους, προγράμματα εγκυμοσύνης και θηλασμού, διατροφή αθλητών, παιδική παχυσαρκία, παθήσεις πεπτικού συστήματος, χρόνιες παθήσεις και διατροφικές διαταραχές.
