Η Νικοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Αναισθησιολόγος - Βελονίστρια και διατηρεί το Ιατρείο Πόνου και Βελονισμού στο Μαρούσι. Αποφοίτησε από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και στη συνέχεια επέλεξε την ειδικότητα της Παθολογίας στην οποία ασκήθηκε ως ειδικευόμενη για ένα έτος. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό.
