Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she has specialized in Obesity and Weight Management at the University of Glasgow. Throughout her career, she has provided voluntary dietetic services to the municipalities of Cholargos and Papagos, and currently collaborates with Harokopio University on research projects as well as with mednutrition to educate the public on nutrition-related topics. Furthermore, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists of Greece and has attended numerous conferences and workshops on Nutrition and Dietetics held in Greece.

Mindfoodness Diafa - Papaioannou is a Center for Personalized Nutrition and Nutritional Education located in N. Ionia (Alsoupoli). Mpouzios Ilias PhD is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He completed his Doctoral thesis on "Functional gastrointestinal disorders in children and adolescents" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic bone diseases" from the same university. He serves as an Attending Physician in the pediatric clinic of "Mitera" Hospital. He specialized in Pediatrics at the Pediatric Clinic of York Hospital in the United Kingdom, as well as the First Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens, at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. Additionally, he has attended numerous educational seminars both in Greece and abroad, and is fluent in English and Italian.
