Ο Μαλαχιάς Μιχαήλ-Αλέξανδρος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός-Αθλητίατρος και Επίκουρος Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής στην Ιατρική Σχολή EUC Φρανκφούρτης (Γερμανία). Διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό του ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Είναι πτυχιούχος και Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Η μετεκπαίδευσή του (complex joint reconstruction fellowship) στο πεδίο της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής ρομποτικής αρθροπλαστικής γόνατος & ισχίου έχει πραγματοποιηθεί στο Hospital for Special Surgery (Νέα Υόρκη), το οποίο αξιολογείται, επί 12 συναπτά έτη, ως το κορυφαίο (Νο1) ορθοπαιδικό νοσοκομείο των ΗΠΑ. Πέραν τούτου, έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί, επί σειρά ετών (clinical fellowships), στον τομέα της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της αντιμετώπισης αθλητικών κακώσεων, σε διεθνή ακαδημαϊκά κέντρα του υψηλότερου επιπέδου (ESSKA teaching centers), όπως η Clinica Ars Medica (Λουγκάνο, Ελβετία), και η ATOS Klinik (Χαϊδελβέργη, Γερμανία). Ο Επ. Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής, κος Μαλαχιάς, είναι αναγνωρισμένος σε διεθνή συνέδρια για την ακαδημαϊκή κλινική έρευνά του και έχει συμμετάσχει σε άνω των 110 επιστημονικών ερευνών, δημοσιευμένων σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά (του Pubmed). Μετά από πολυετή χειρουργική εξειδίκευση στο εξωτερικό, επιστρέφει στη γενέτειρά του, την Αθήνα, για να ασκήσει την ορθοπαιδική επιστήμη, ως Διευθυντής της Γ’ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής στο Therapis General Hospital, με βάση τα πλέον σύγχρονα διεθνή πρότυπα και επίκεντρο τον άνθρωπο.

Physio Heal Tsomi Despoina is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens College of Economics. She has 14 years of experience gained through her work in military and public hospitals (401 General Military Hospital of Athens, 251 General Hospital of Athens, Asklipieio Voula, E.I.A.A), as well as at the University Hospital of Valencia “La Fe,” at the Physis clinic, and with the Llevant sports team in Spain. She has also volunteered at N.N.A and worked as a physiotherapist in private therapy centers. She has been trained in acupuncture therapy, Clinical Pilates, manual therapy, and the Schroth method.

She specializes and has experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and gynecological rehabilitation through accurate assessment. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PSF).

Kyriaki Sapalidou is a physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with extensive experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal, rheumatologic, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and is a member of the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (EEFIAP) as well as the European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, recognized by the UEMS (Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes).

She has been practicing as a physiatrist since 2003, working as a private practitioner in her clinic in Peristeri, where she is the scientific head of the physiotherapy department. Additionally, she performs medical acupuncture, having been trained and certified by the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques (ICMART).

She has served as the scientific director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department in major private healthcare facilities, such as Metropolitan General and the "White Cross" Clinic, while also gaining valuable experience in the public sector through training at prominent hospitals including the Athens General Hospital “Evangelismos” - Polyclinic, the Attikon University Hospital “Sismanogleio,” and the Attikon University Hospital KAT.

In pursuit of ongoing professional development, she has attended over 30 advanced seminars and training programs both in Greece and abroad and has published numerous scientific studies, actively contributing to research and the scientific community within her field.

Christos Skoufakis is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Palaio Faliro. He completed his medical studies at the Universita degli studi di Siena in Italy and subsequently specialized in Orthopedics. He possesses significant clinical experience and has served as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at the Orthopedic Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital since 2020.

Ntatsis Xaris is a Physiotherapist who operates a physiotherapy clinic in the Chalandri area. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras. He has specialized in Manual Therapy (Chiropractic Techniques), Sports Injuries, Acupuncture, Kinesiotherapy, and Therapeutic Exercise at Karolinska University in Sweden. With many years of experience in the field of physiotherapy, his goal is to provide a comprehensive physiotherapeutic approach by applying individualized treatments to all patients. By taking a detailed history and assessing the patient's clinical condition, he develops a rehabilitation program that is entirely tailored to each individual in order to achieve the best possible outcome. He is an external scientific collaborator at OAKA and private clinics and manages the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, while also providing home-based therapies. Finally, he is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Dimitrios Kaklamanis is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Galatsi and Kolonaki. He is a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a degree from the Medical School of the same university. He completed his specialization in General Surgery at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the Athens Prefectural General Hospital "Elpis" and in Orthopedic Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko". With his experience and expertise, he is capable of diagnosing and managing common orthopedic problems encountered in daily life as well as treating any related conditions. Additionally, he participates in Greek and European conferences and is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society for the Study of Bone Metabolism, and the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology.

Lampropoulou Euthymia is a Physiatrist who maintains private practices in Edessa and Aridaia. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Padua in Italy and subsequently obtained her specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation while working at the University Orthopedic and Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic in Padua. She has additional specialization in musculoskeletal ultrasound and focused extracorporeal shockwave therapy with ultrasound guidance. Concurrently, she acquired certifications in shockwave therapy manipulation and the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound, as well as certification in mesotherapy for pain management. She has served as a Scientific Collaborator at several rehabilitation centers in Italy. Dr. Lampropoulou has participated in numerous scientific conferences in Greece and abroad, with her work published in scientific journals. Finally, her clinic is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology that facilitates her practice.

Dr. Antonios Aggoules, MD, PhD, is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Neo Psychiko. He holds a doctoral degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a medical degree from the same institution. He completed his specialty training in Orthopedics at the "Asklepieio" Voula Hospital, "P. & A. Kyriakou" Children's Hospital, and "Agios Savvas" Hospital, followed by a fellowship in the Academic Unit of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery at Leeds General Infirmary, funded by a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology. The doctor has extensive experience in sports injuries, trauma, knee surgery, low back pain, neck pain, as well as medical acupuncture, holding certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Medical Acupuncture from the AcuScience International Postgraduate Center on Acupuncture. He collaborates with renowned private healthcare institutions and simultaneously teaches in higher education. His scientific work includes publications in international and recognized Greek medical journals, as well as numerous presentations at medical conferences on topics related to orthopedics, traumatology, and physical rehabilitation. Finally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association and former President of its Alternative Medicine Committee, as well as a member of the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society.

Dr. Sarantis Mixalis, MD, MSc, PhDc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Psychiko. Concurrently, he serves as an Orthopedic Consultant specializing in Sports Injuries at Metropolitan Hospital. He has extensive experience, having completed his specialization at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" and the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of G.N.A. KAT, while also specializing at the same hospital in the Hand-Upper Limb-Microsurgery Clinic, the Sports Injuries Department, and the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic. In 2018, he successfully completed advanced training in pediatric orthopedic trauma and pediatric skeletal deformities at the Orthopedic Hospital Speising (Vienna, Austria). Since 2019, he holds a Master's degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2020, he was appointed as a doctoral candidate by the Medical School of Athens, and since then he has been pursuing his doctoral thesis at the 2nd Orthopedic University Clinic of the University of Athens (Konstantopouleio Hospital – Agia Olga). He is an active member of the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society (EPOS), the European Society for Sports Traumatology Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (EEHOT), and the Athens Medical Association. Finally, he has a rich academic portfolio, authoring numerous publications in peer-reviewed international journals (PUBMED) and actively participating in presentations at Greek and international conferences.

He studied Medicine and Physiotherapy at Charles University in Prague. He has served as the Clinical Supervisor for final-year physiotherapy students at Charles University, specializing in Rheumatology. He contributed to the writing of the book "Liver and Biliary Tract Surgery" for the World Congress of Liver Surgery held in Athens.

He maintains his private Physiotherapy practice in Agia Paraskevi. He specializes in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries, and Physiotherapeutic Assessment & Rehabilitation, providing personalized treatments.

My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Papadopoulos Dimitrios is an Anesthesiologist - Acupuncturist and maintains a Private Pain Clinic in Acharnes. He graduated from the Medical School of Varna and specialized in Anesthesiology at the "Konstantopouleio" General Hospital (Agia Olga). He trained at the Pain & Palliative Care Clinic at the General Oncology Hospital “Agioi Anargyroi” and holds a Certificate of Attendance from Continuing Education Seminars in Algology (SEΑ). He holds an Acupuncture Diploma from the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center AcuScience (2009 - 2011). He has served as an Anesthesiologist at the UHB Trust in the United Kingdom and as an Assistant Consultant Anesthesiologist B’ at the General Hospital of Samos. As part of his continuous professional development, he participates in numerous conferences and seminars in Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Management in Greece and abroad, as well as in Auricular Acupuncture - Auricular Neuromodulation with Prof. Bazzoni.

Iliadis Thodoris is a Physiotherapist and runs a private Physiotherapy Clinic in Dafni. His physiotherapy team consists of individuals with deep knowledge and many years of experience in the healthcare field. His primary concern is the immediate rehabilitation and well-being of the patient.

Roussis Ksenofon MD, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a medical degree from the School of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bologna in Italy and completed his doctoral thesis in Sports Medicine. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and at the 1st IKA Therapeutic Center (Papadimitriou). Additionally, his expertise in both conservative and surgical treatment of sports injuries, particularly those concerning the knee, along with extensive professional experience in recognized hospitals and sports clubs, enables him to manage a wide range of cases. Specifically, he possesses valuable professional experience as a Sports Medicine Physician for numerous football teams and as a Lecturer at football coaching schools, teaching Sports Medicine, Anatomy, and Dietetics. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that he served as an official physician at the Athens and South Korea Olympic Games, as well as the Pre-Olympic Games in Australia. Finally, Dr. Roussis is the President of the Sports Medicine Association of Sports Physicians, a member of the Hellenic Sports Medicine Society, and the European Federation of Sports Medicine Associations, actively participating in conferences held both in Greece and abroad.

Despoina Rizopoulou is an Internist specializing in acupuncture and maintains private practices in Nea Raidestos, Thermis area, and Kalamaria. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly in July 1997. After completing her rural service, she specialized in Internal Medicine at the Pathology Clinic of Kastoria Hospital and the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathology Clinic of Hippokration Hospital in Thessaloniki, obtaining her specialty certification in January 2006. She worked at the Blue Cross and the General Clinic of Thessaloniki from 2005 to 2022.

Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. Since 2014, he worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology resident at the Attica General Hospital KAT, in the 1st Orthopedic Clinic, until September 2019. During this period, he participated in numerous surgical procedures and contributed to the operation of all departments of the Clinic. Additionally, he was seconded to the Scoliosis and Spine Department of the General Hospital KAT, where he participated in the diagnosis and management of complex cases, covering the entire spectrum of spinal pathology.
