She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and is a member of the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (EEFIAP) as well as the European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, recognized by the UEMS (Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes).

She has been practicing as a physiatrist since 2003, working as a private practitioner in her clinic in Peristeri, where she is the scientific head of the physiotherapy department. Additionally, she performs medical acupuncture, having been trained and certified by the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques (ICMART).

Tolis Konstantinos MD, MSc, PhDc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Kolonaki. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a PhD candidate at the same institution. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" with a thesis on the "Pathophysiology of Bone Pain" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He initially specialized in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Pyrgos "Andreas Papandreou," in Pediatric Orthopedics at the First Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou," and finally in General Orthopedics at the First University Orthopedic Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon." From 2014 to 2020, he was an Academic Fellow at the Laboratory for Research of Musculoskeletal Disorders "Th. Garofalidis," focusing on "Microsurgery" at the General Hospital of Attica KAT. He is the Deputy Director of the 8th Orthopedic Clinic at Metropolitan General and the Scientific Director of the Upper Limb - Microsurgery Clinic. Concurrently, he collaborates with several clinics within Attica. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, presenting poster presentations, oral communications, and lectures. Dr. Sarantis Mixalis, MD, MSc, PhDc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Psychiko. Concurrently, he serves as an Orthopedic Consultant specializing in Sports Injuries at Metropolitan Hospital. He has extensive experience, having completed his specialization at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" and the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of G.N.A. KAT, while also specializing at the same hospital in the Hand-Upper Limb-Microsurgery Clinic, the Sports Injuries Department, and the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic. In 2018, he successfully completed advanced training in pediatric orthopedic trauma and pediatric skeletal deformities at the Orthopedic Hospital Speising (Vienna, Austria). Since 2019, he holds a Master's degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2020, he was appointed as a doctoral candidate by the Medical School of Athens, and since then he has been pursuing his doctoral thesis at the 2nd Orthopedic University Clinic of the University of Athens (Konstantopouleio Hospital – Agia Olga). He is an active member of the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society (EPOS), the European Society for Sports Traumatology Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (EEHOT), and the Athens Medical Association.
