My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Ο Χρηστογεώργος Πάρις, MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός και Τραυματολόγος με εξειδίκευση στις παθήσεις και τη Χειρουργική της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης. Ο ιατρός είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος (Master of Science, MSc) στην «Άθληση και Υγεία» με βαθμό Άριστα από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Εκπλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή του στη Γενική Χειρουργική στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας (2014-2015). Tasios Nikolaos is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Glyfada. Georgios Rigos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Keratsini. He graduated from the Medical School of the English-speaking department of Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary in 2002, specializing in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the 3rd University Orthopedic Clinic of Athens, General Hospital of Attica KAT in 2014. He completed postgraduate studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a thesis titled "Metabolic Bone Diseases" in 2012. He was a member of the medical team of A.O. Pagratiou (basketball) from 2014 to 2016 and a member of the medical team of the football department of Ionikos during 2007 and 2008. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has obtained two postgraduate degrees in "Minimally Invasive Surgery, Robotic Surgery & Tele-surgery Medicine" and "Surgical Anatomy" from the Medical School of the same university. Additionally, he holds a Doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the Department of Anatomy. Pappa Lina is an Acupuncturist who operates a private clinic specializing in Acupuncture and Aesthetic Medicine in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a medical degree from the G. D'Annunzio Medical School in Chieti, Italy, with postgraduate training at the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques (ICMART) and at the European Cosmetic Academy of Chinese Acupuncture (Dr. Radha Thambirajah). The physician has extensive experience in pain management and aesthetic medicine and has also obtained relevant certification from the Italian School of Mesotherapy. Additionally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society, and a founding member of the Hellenic Medical Mesotherapy Society.

Physio Quality Darra Xrysanthi - Georganas Konstantinos is a physiotherapy center located in Pallini. The Scientific Directors are the Physiotherapist Darra Xrysanthi and the Physiotherapist Georganas Konstantinos. Darra Xrysanthi is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of TEI Athens. She has experience working for several years in physiotherapy centers, and in recent years has been providing home treatments for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, while also working as a Pilates Instructor in a gym. He is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a degree from the same institution's Medical School. He has specialized in knee arthroscopy, hip and knee arthroplasty, and has significant experience in the management and restoration of fractures. Additionally, he treats cases of osteoporosis as well as knee osteoarthritis using concentrated platelets - growth factors derived from adipose tissue. Finally, the physician has attended numerous international conferences related to sports injuries and their surgical treatment.

Tolis Konstantinos MD, MSc, PhDc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Kolonaki. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a PhD candidate at the same institution. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" with a thesis on the "Pathophysiology of Bone Pain" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He initially specialized in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Pyrgos "Andreas Papandreou," in Pediatric Orthopedics at the First Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Ο Ιωάννης Μπάμπης είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, διατηρεί το δικό του Ιδιωτικό Ορθοπεδικό Ιατρείο στο Κέντρο της Αθήνας και είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης της Βιοκλινικής Αθηνών και άλλων θεραπευτηρίων της Αθήνας. Fatouros Andreas is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Paleo Faliro. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PAP). He has attended a seminar program on acupuncture at the David G. Simons Academy. Venetanis Panagiotis is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Marousi. He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy of the School of Health Professions and Welfare (SEYP) at the Higher Educational Institution of Athens in 1997. He completed his practical training at the National Rehabilitation Center (EKA). In 1999, he established a Physiotherapy Center in Mouzaki Karditsa, where he remained for 5 years. Subsequently, in 2004, he relocated the Physiotherapy Center to Athens, specifically at 1 Navarinou Street, on the borders of Marousi - Pefki, where he continues to work to this day. Απέκτησε τίτλο ειδικότητας ορθοπαιδικού-χειρουργού (2008), μετά από εκπαίδευση στην Ελλάδα και το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, όπου και εξειδικεύθηκε στους τομείς της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής (2008-2009), της επανορθωτικής χειρουργικής του ισχίου και του γόνατος (2016-2018 & 2020-2021) και του ορθοπαιδικού τραύματος (2018-2020). Έχει εργασθεί ως ειδικός ορθοπαιδικός στην Ελλάδα και το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο. Διετέλεσε μέλος της ιατρικής ομάδας του ιατρικού κέντρου του ΣΕΓΑΣ στη Θεσσαλονίκη και ιατρός αγώνων ποδοσφαίρου όλων των εθνικών κατηγοριών και του Κυπέλλου Ελλάδος. Το 2024 εντάχθηκε στο Ειδικό Σώμα Ιατρών του Κέντρου Πιστοποίησης Αναπηρίας (ΚΕ.Π.Α.) του e-ΕΦΚΑ. Απέκτησε την ιδιότητα του μέλους του Βασιλικού Κολλεγίου Χειρουργών του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons), της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας (Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology) και του Κολλεγίου Ελλήνων Ορθοπαιδικών Χειρουργών (ΚΕΟΧ), κατόπιν επιτυχούς συμμετοχής σε ειδικές εξετάσεις. Είναι υποψήφιος διδάκτορας του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης, με επιστημονικό αντικείμενο το Μάρκετινγκ και τη Διοίκηση στην Υγεία. Είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων σπουδών στη «Διοίκηση Μονάδων Υγείας», τη «Μεθοδολογία Βιοϊατρικής Έρευνας, Βιοστατιστική και Κλινική Βιοπληροφορική», την «Εκπαίδευση Ενηλίκων» και τη «Βιοηθική». Συνέβαλε στην ανάπτυξη κατευθυντήριων οδηγιών, ως αναπληρωτής συντονιστής της Επιτροπής Ανάπτυξης Κατευθυντήριων Οδηγιών Γενικής Ιατρικής για την Οσφυαλγία, στο πλαίσιο του Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος «Διοικητική Μεταρρύθμιση 2007-2013», που υλοποιήθηκε από το Πανεπιστήμιο Κρήτης. Έχει συμμετάσχει στη συγγραφή βιβλίου ορθοπαιδικού τραύματος και έχει συγγράψει εγχειρίδιο πρώτων βοηθειών. Επιστημονικές εργασίες του έχουν δημοσιευθεί σε ελληνικά και διεθνή ιατρικά περιοδικά, και έχουν ανακοινωθεί σε πλήθος ελληνικών και διεθνών επιστημονικών συνεδρίων.

Από το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2021-2022, διεξάγει διδακτικό και ερευνητικό έργο, ως ακαδημαϊκός υπότροφος, στο Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Μακεδονίας (Τμήμα Εργοθεραπείας, Τμήμα Μαιευτικής και Τμήμα Στατιστικής και Ασφαλιστικής Επιστήμης). Ως ειδικός ορθοπαιδικός έχει διδακτικό έργο στο πλαίσιο της πρακτικής εκπαίδευσης ειδικευομένων ορθοπαιδικής και φοιτητών ιατρικής των Πανεπιστημίων του Manchester και του Liverpool του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. Είναι εκπαιδευτής στο ιατρικό σεμινάριο ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support – provider & instructor course) στην Ελβετία και την Ελλάδα. Έχει διατελέσει εκπαιδευτής στο ΙΕΚ του ΕΚΑΒ και το Πρόγραμμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών «Επείγουσα Προνοσοκομειακή Ιατρική» του ΕΚΑΒ και εκπαιδευτής πρώτων βοηθειών σε σεμινάρια για επαγγελματίες υγείας και τον γενικό πληθυσμό. Είναι πιστοποιημένος εκπαιδευτής προγραμμάτων του Ευρωπαϊκού Συμβουλίου Αναζωογόνησης (European Resuscitation Council - ERC).

Dimitrios Kaklamanis is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Galatsi and Kolonaki. He is a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a degree from the Medical School of the same university. He completed his specialization in General Surgery at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the Athens Prefectural General Hospital "Elpis" and in Orthopedic Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko". With his experience and expertise, he is capable of diagnosing and managing common orthopedic problems encountered in daily life as well as treating any related conditions. Additionally, he participates in Greek and European conferences and is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society for the Study of Bone Metabolism, and the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology.
