Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών, όπου εισήλθε με πανελλαδικές εξετάσεις στη δεύτερη θέση, και κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της υπήρξε ακαδημαϊκός υπότροφος του Εθνικού Ιδρύματος Κρατικών Υποτροφιών καθώς και του Ιδρύματος Παπαδάκη. Μετά την αποφοίτησή της με βαθμό 8.3/10 μετέβη στη Γερμανία, όπου και πραγματοποίησε την ειδικότητά της στην Παιδιατρική στην Παιδιατρική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου του Έσσεν.

Απέκτησε την εξειδίκευση της Παιδοπνευμονολογίας μετά από εξετάσεις στον Ιατρικό Σύλλογο Βόρειας Ρηνανίας- Βεστφαλίας και εργάστηκε στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Έσσεν ως εξειδικευμένη Παιδοπνευμονολόγος έως και το 2024. Καθ´ όλη την σταδιοδρομία της στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Έσσεν έχει συμμετάσχει ενεργά στην εκπαίδευση φοιτητών Ιατρικής Σχολής και ειδικευόμενων στην Παιδιατρική πάνω στο αντικείμενο της Παιδοπνευμονολογίας.
