Ms. Panagiotaki Maria, MD, FEBGH is a Gastroenterologist - Endoscopist at Iatriko (Marousi) and maintains a private practice in Kifisia. She graduated with honors from the German School of Athens, was admitted through national examinations, and obtained her medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Athens. In 2006, she was awarded the specialty title in Gastroenterology and later received the European Diploma in Gastroenterology and Hepatology (FEBGH). Vasilatou Diamantina is a Hematologist and maintains a private practice in Marousi. She completed her medical studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she is now a Doctor of Philosophy. Pontas Xristos is a Gastroenterologist and maintains his private practice in Athens. He has served as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Acute General Medicine at the Royal Free Hospital Hampstead NHS Trust and as a Clinical Fellow in the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Department of the same hospital in London. It is noteworthy that he was awarded a UEG (United European Gastroenterology) Scholarship as well as a Scholarship from the Hellenic Gastroenterological Society. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. Ο Γαλανόπουλος Αθανάσιος ΜD, PhD είναι Αιματολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Είναι Διευθυντής της Αιματολογικής Κλινικής στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών.Τελείωσε την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και στη συνέχεια συνέχισε την εξειδίκευσή του στην ειδικότητα της Αιματολογίας στην Πανεπιστημιακή Παθολογική Κλινική του Λαϊκού Νοσοκομείου και στην Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική του Ιπποκρατείου Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών. Στη συνέχεια εργάσθηκε στο ΕΣΥ, αρχικά, σαν Επιμελητής και στη συνέχεια σαν Δ/ντής της Αιματολογικής Κλινικής του ΓΝΑ « Γ.Γεννηματάς».Μετέβη στο FRED HUTCHINSON CANCER RESEARCH CENTER (FHCRC) , στο SEATTLE, USA, για μετεκπαίδευση στις αυτόλογες και αλλογενείς μεταμοσχεύσεις ασθενών με αιματολογικά νοσήματα.Διετέλεσε υπεύθυνος Μονάδος Μεσογειακής Αναιμίας και υπεύθυνος Μονάδος αυτόλογης μεταμόσχευσης αιματολογικών ασθενών στο ΓΝΑ «Γ.Γεννηματάς».Το κύριο ερευνητικό του ενδιαφέρον είναι τα μυελοδυσπλαστικά σύνδρομα και ιδιαίτερα οι νεώτερες ταξινομήσεις – προγνωστικά συστήματα, οι σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις και προγνωστικοί παράγοντες ανταπόκρισης στις νέες θεραπείες. Επίσης ασχολείται με τις νοσοκομειακές λοιμώξεις ουδετεροπενικών αιματολογικών ασθενών, με ανακοινώσεις σε ελληνικά και ευρωπαϊκά συνέδρια.Εχει διατελέσει κύριος ερευνητής (ΡΙ) σε πάνω από 10 φάσης ΙΙ-ΙV κλινικές μελέτες και subinvestigator σε πάνω από 15 φάσης Ι-ΙΙΙ κλινικές μελέτεςΤέλος, ο ιατρός είναιreviewer αιματολογικών ιατρικών περιοδικών,έχει πάνω από 70 δημοσιεύσεις σε ξενόγλωσσα ιατρικά περιοδικά, πάνω από 450 ανακοινώσεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια καθώς και 150 συμμετοχές σε ομιλίες ή στρογγυλές τράπεζες.
