Από το 1990 - 1992 εκπαιδεύτηκε επί διετία στον Βελονισμό - Ηλεκτροβελονισμό στο Acuscience (Διεθνές Μετεκπαιδευτικό Κέντρο Βελονισμού) από τον έμπειρο βελονιστή Μιλτιάδη Καράβη και την ομάδα του. Έκτος από τον βελονισμό, έχει λάβει βασική εκπαίδευση στην ομοιοπαθητική, NLP, TAT, REIKI, ρεφλεξολογία, μέθοδο Heart math κ.α. Η Δρ. Ελευθερία Χόρτη σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Έσσεν και ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική της διατριβή το 2020, με θέμα τις αυτοάνοσες ενδοκρινοπάθειες σε ασθενείς με μεταστατικό μελάνωμα υπό ανοσοθεραπεία. 

Από το 2016 έως το 2022 εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενη ιατρός στη Δερματολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Έσσεν, όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία στην δερματολογία, και ιδιαίτερα στη δερματοογκολογία (καθημερινή φροντίδα ογκολογικών ασθενών με ενεργό συμμετοχή σε διεπιστημονικά ογκολογικά συμβούλια.με συμμετοχή σε κλινικές μελέτες φάσης ΙΙ-IV), και τη χειρουργική δερματολογία.
