Sarra Katerina is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She completed her studies at the Medical School as well as the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and her doctoral thesis at the First Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens, where she also specialized in Pediatrics. Αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Θετικών Επιστημών - Τμήμα Βιολογίας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, με εξειδίκευση στη Γενετική - Μοριακή Βιολογία, ενώ πραγματοποίησε μετεκπαίδευση στο Université Rennes 1 της Γαλλίας, εμβαθύνοντας σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά πεδία. Dr. Oikonomou is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Agios Dimitrios-Attica, as well as an attending physician at the Pediatric Clinic of the Pediatric Center – Athens Medical Center. In his practice, he provides preventive pediatric care, vaccinations, guidance and support for breastfeeding, growth and development monitoring, and parental counseling, always with a focus on the child’s health and well-being. Psoni-Soldatou Stauroula is a Pediatrician, PhD in Genetics from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Kalamata. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has extensive clinical experience as a pediatrician at the Pediatric Center of Athens and at "Paidon Mitera," as well as serving as a University Fellow of the Pediatric Clinical Genetics Department at the Medical Genetics Laboratory of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia." She has research experience at the Medical School of the University of Geneva and at the University Hospitals of Geneva in Switzerland. In her practice, she offers pediatric services and specialized clinical genetics services (diagnosis and monitoring of genetic diseases), with collaboration with physicians specializing in pediatric subspecialties. Finally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Messinia Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Medical Genetics, the European Society of Human Genetics, and the Hellenic Society for the Support of Children with Genetic Disorders "The Future."

Georgia Avrami MD, MSc is a Pediatrician with certified specialization in Pediatric Endocrinology and Pediatric Diabetology from the German Medical Association of the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen (Ärztekammer Westfalen-Lippe). She was admitted to the Medical School of the University of Patras through the Panhellenic exams. After completing her studies, she moved to Germany in 2014, where she obtained the German Medical License to Practice (Approbation) and subsequently completed her residency in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. After obtaining the German board certification in Pediatrics in 2020, she continued her specialization in Pediatric Endocrinology and Pediatric Diabetology at the University Pediatric Clinic of Universitätsklinikum OWL. In 2022, she acquired her specialization in Pediatric Endocrinology and Pediatric Diabetology following examinations from the German Medical Association of the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen (Ärztekammer Westfalen-Lippe). Dr. Avrami worked as the coordinator of the obesity department at the University Pediatric Clinic OWL and participated in the education of children with Diabetes Mellitus as well as their parents and teachers. Since January 2023, she has served as head of the pediatric endocrinology department at the largest endocrinology center in Stuttgart (Endokrinologikum Stuttgart). During her time in Germany, she completed her specialization in Childhood Obesity and was certified by the German Obesity Society for Children (AGA). In 2022, Dr. Avrami was certified by the German Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (AG Kinder- und Jugendgynäkologie) as a specialist in pediatric gynecological endocrinology. Simultaneously, she obtained the specialized Diabetology title from the German Diabetes Society (DDG) after examinations.

Dr. Psyxogyiou Peny is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Voula. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Pediatrics at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voula and the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis and Aglaia Kyriakou." She is an external collaborator of the Athens Medical Center, Metropolitan Hospital, "Mitera" Maternity Hospital, "Iaso" Maternity Hospital, and the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia." Louraki Mara MD, PhD, IBCLC is a Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She maintains a private practice in Paiania. Concurrently, she works as a scientific associate at the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and as a consultant pediatrician at "Euroclinic Children’s Hospital." She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her pediatric specialization took place at the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou," the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas," and the Neonatal Unit of the General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She has particular expertise in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes mellitus, having worked as a scientific associate in the Endocrinology Department of the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and in the Diabetes Clinics of the 1st and 2nd University Pediatric Clinics (at the Children's Hospitals "Agia Sofia" and "P. & A. Dr. Thanos Xristos is a Pediatrician, specialized in Germany in Infectious Diseases and in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. Since October 2022, he has maintained his private practice in Kalamaria and, since December 2022, he serves as a Pediatrician at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic in Thessaloniki. Until May 31, 2023, he practiced for four years as a private specialist physician in pediatric and adolescent medicine at a family/pediatric practice in Berlin. Dr. Xristos is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace. As part of his postgraduate training, he obtained a Certificate in Clinical Nutrition in Pediatrics after successful examinations (DGKJ) and recognition by the Ärztekammer Westfalen Lippe. He is an Authorized collaborator of the A' Test (school readiness screening) and has attended IBCLC Lactation Consultant Seminars. During his specialization and further training, he worked in Germany at academic hospitals of the University of Münster, gaining two years of work experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level 1) and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a trainee physician, he also worked in the private pediatric and adolescent practice of Prof. Dr. Stefan Eber in Munich. He collaborated with Assistant Professor E. Paraskakis at the pediatric pulmonology clinic of the pediatric department of DUTH (performing spirometry, skin tests, and participating in scientific research). Finally, he provided voluntary pediatric services at refugee centers in the city of Dortmund. Giannopoulou Sotiria MD, MPH, IBCLC is a Pediatrician - Internationally Certified Lactation Consultant and maintains a private practice in Kalamata. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and completed a Master's Degree in Public Health with a focus on Social and Preventive Medicine at the Medical School of the University of Patras. Her thesis addressed childhood obesity. She served as a mandatory rural service physician in Konitsa, Ioannina. She began her pediatric specialty training at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Zakynthos and completed it at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Patras "Karamanadaneio," where she participated in the Endocrinology and Neurology clinics, the Mediterranean Anemia Unit, and the Neonatal Unit. She has also worked as an on-call physician in private healthcare units and as the Chief Medical Officer at recreational facilities and football matches in Ioannina. She was responsible for teaching anatomy, physiology, dermatology, hygiene, and first aid courses at the Vocational Training Institute of the Manpower Employment Organization during 2019 - 2020. She considers it important to continuously expand and validate her scientific knowledge through ongoing training by participating in conferences, seminars, and reviewing international literature. Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

She completed part of her pediatric residency with a specialization in Neonatology at the University Neonatal Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, where she received training in neonatal resuscitation, early neonatal care, and the establishment of breastfeeding immediately after birth.

She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of a personalized model of nutrition, physical activity, and psychological intervention for the prevention and management of childhood and adolescent obesity and overweight. She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

He completed his specialty training in Pediatrics at the 3rd Pediatric Clinic of the University Hospital "Attikon," while also undertaking training at major hospitals in Greece and Italy. Currently, he specializes in Neonatology and Breastfeeding. Additionally, he is a scientific collaborator of the Medical Diagnostic Center "Iatrokosmos" in the Pediatric Department. During his career, he has also collaborated with the Red Cross, the pediatric dermatology clinic of the Dermatology and Venereology Hospital of Athens "Andreas Syggros," the Smile of the Child organization, as well as summer programs for children's sports activities. Finally, it is important to note that Dr. Kaniouras continuously seeks to update and enhance his knowledge in the field of Pediatrics by participating in workshops and scientific medical conferences both in Greece and abroad.
