Syrmou Areti is a Pediatrician and Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in the Second University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou." Additionally, she is a breastfeeding counselor and specialist in infant and child nutrition through the Postgraduate Program in Pediatric Nutrition at Boston University School of Medicine, having been trained in malnutrition, obesity, nutritional deficiencies, vegetarian diets, and gut microbiota. Manou - Theodosi Orsalia is a Pediatrician and PhD graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a private practice in Acharnes. She was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1984 through national exams, from which she graduated. Subsequently, she specialized in Pediatrics at the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Pediatric Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou." During this period, she worked at the Pediatric Clinic of Athens, as well as in the outpatient clinic and laboratory of the Allergy Department of the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Pediatric Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou," where she conducted her doctoral dissertation entitled "Hypoallergenic milk preparations in the prevention, sensitization, or development of cow's milk allergy. Effect on immunological parameters in high-risk infants." She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Dr. Psyxogyiou Peny is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Voula. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Pediatrics at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voula and the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis and Aglaia Kyriakou." She is an external collaborator of the Athens Medical Center, Metropolitan Hospital, "Mitera" Maternity Hospital, "Iaso" Maternity Hospital, and the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia."
