Tzortzi Anna MD, FCCP, is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist with a private practice located at Mavili Square. She graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a degree in Medicine and subsequently specialized in Pulmonology - Tuberculosis at the Athens Chest Diseases Hospital "Sotiria." Dr. Svolis Nikolaos is a Specialist Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and PhD holder from the University of PADOVA, with a private practice in Chalandri. He specialized in the Intensive Care Unit in the rehabilitation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and in sleep disorders. He has many years of clinical experience and has been working as an Occupational Physician since 1995. Additionally, he is a Collaborator at the Athens Medical Center and the Psychiko Medical Center. In his private practice, he performs fiberoptic bronchoscopy, lung biopsy, asthma and obstructive pulmonary disease assessment, respiratory function testing and home blood gas analysis, Sleep Study - Overnight Oximetry, exercise spirometry, and manages lung cancer cases.

Vlaxou Athina is a Pulmonologist - Sleep Specialist and maintains a private practice in Agios Dimitrios. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and obtained her specialty in Pulmonology and Tuberculosis at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria". Additionally, she completed a postgraduate diploma in "Sleep-related Breathing Disorders: Laboratory and Clinical Sleep Medicine" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, earning a specialization degree in Sleep Medicine. Η Δρ. Σοφιάννα (Σοφία Αντιόπη) Γεννηματά είναι Πνευμονολόγος - Φυματιολόγος - Εντατικολόγος, απόφοιτη της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με βαθμό "Λίαν Καλώς". Ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική της διατριβή στο Εργαστήριο Λειτουργικού Ελέγχου της Α’ Πανεπιστημιακής Πνευμονολογικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου Νοσημάτων Θώρακος Αθηνών "Σωτηρία" με βαθμό "Άριστα".

Ειδικεύθηκε στην Πνευμονολογία στην Α’ Πανεπιστημιακή Πνευμονολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου "Σωτηρία", ενώ στο πλαίσιο της εκπαίδευσής της εργάστηκε για ένα έτος στην Παθολογική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Ευαγγελισμός" και εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Μονάδα Εντατικής Θεραπείας της ίδιας κλινικής. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στη διενέργεια βρογχοσκοπήσεων και στον λειτουργικό έλεγχο της αναπνοής.

Το 2013 απέκτησε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας Πνευμονολόγου - Φυματιολόγου και εργάστηκε ως Επιμελήτρια στην κλινική, ενώ παράλληλα συμμετείχε ως πανεπιστημιακή υπότροφος σε ερευνητικά πρωτόκολλα και κλινικές μελέτες.

Το 2018 ολοκλήρωσε την εξειδίκευση στην Εντατικολογία στην Πανεπιστημιακή Μονάδα Εντατικής Θεραπείας του Γενικού και Ογκολογικού Νοσοκομείου Κηφισιάς "Οι Άγιοι Ανάργυροι".

Σήμερα εργάζεται ως Επιμελήτρια στη Μονάδα Εντατικής Θεραπείας του Ιατρικού Κέντρου Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι, με εμπειρία στη διαχείριση βαρέως πασχόντων ασθενών και σύνθετων παθολογικών και χειρουργικών περιστατικών, όπως αναπνευστική ανεπάρκεια, λοιμώξεις, σηπτική καταπληξία και καρδιαγγειακά επεισόδια. Παράλληλα συμμετέχει στην ομάδα αντιμετώπισης ανακοπής του νοσοκομείου.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στη διδασκαλία της Φυσιολογίας του Αναπνευστικού στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών σε φοιτητές Ιατρικής, Νοσηλευτικής και Φαρμακευτικής, καθώς και σε μεταπτυχιακά κλινικά φροντιστήρια στον λειτουργικό έλεγχο της αναπνοής (σπιρομέτρηση, στατικοί όγκοι, διαχυτική ικανότητα).

Έχει δημοσιεύσεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά και συμμετοχές με ανακοινώσεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια.

Eleftherios Markatis is a Pulmonologist and Tuberculosis Specialist, maintaining a private practice in Kantza. He holds a doctoral degree from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and a Master's degree in Thoracic Oncology from the Medical School of Athens. He has extensive clinical experience, having served as a Consultant for several years at the General Hospital of Corfu.

Xatziapostolou Panagiotis is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and has maintained a private practice in Thessaloniki since 1999. He began his medical studies at Kent State University Ohio and continued at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from which he graduated, and he was also a PhD candidate at the same institution. He specialized in pulmonology - tuberculosis at the University Clinic of G. Papanikolaou. Papanikolaou Hospital, while he served as the Scientific Director of the pulmonology department at Euromedica General Clinic for 21 years. He served for six years as vice president of the Association of Private Practitioners of Northern Greece and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Society for the Study of Pulmonary Diseases and Occupational Thoracic Diseases. The pulmonology center he maintains is equipped with a spirometer, oximeter, nocturnal recorder, exhaled carbon monoxide monitor, inspiratory and expiratory pressure meter, nebulizer, oxygen supply, electrocardiograph, and a set of forty skin allergy tests. Finally, the practice performs all modern anti-allergic injectable therapies for asthma and other allergic respiratory conditions, as well as diagnostic tests for respiratory diseases. Since 2018, lung ultrasound has been performed at the practice for immediate and radiation-free diagnosis (such as post-COVID-19 lesions, etc.).

Maria Gaggadi is a specialized Pulmonologist with over 20 years of experience as a Consultant in major public and university hospitals in Athens (Sotiria, Laiko, Evangelismos, Sismanogleio) and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. She currently holds a permanent position as Senior Consultant A’ at the General Hospital of Athens “SOTIRIA.” Throughout her extensive career in the National Health System, she has gained comprehensive experience in the diagnosis and management of the entire spectrum of respiratory diseases, such as bronchial asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), interstitial lung diseases, lung cancer, as well as smoking cessation. Additionally, she possesses significant experience in interventional pulmonology procedures, including bronchoscopy and EBUS, certified by the European Respiratory Society (ERS).

She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Bologna and completed her Pulmonology specialty at the General Hospital of Athens “SOTIRIA.” In addition to the Greek specialty title, she holds the European Diploma in Pulmonology from the ERS. She has completed postgraduate studies in Pulmonary Hypertension at the University of Bologna and in Occupational and Environmental Health at the National School of Public Health.  Papapetrou Dimosthenis is a Pulmonologist - Phthisiologist and maintains a private practice in Pefki. He was born in 1978 in Athens and is a graduate of the German School of Athens (Deutsche Schule Athen) (1996). He was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens through nationwide examinations, graduating in 2005 (MD). He also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in Thoracic Oncology (2015). He completed his mandatory rural service at the Regional Clinic of Foinikas, performing on-call duties as the head of the Surgical Department at the General Hospital of Syros (2006-2008). He specialized in Pulmonology-Phthisiology at the General Hospital of Thoracic Diseases of Athens ‘Sotiria’ from 2009 to 2014, when he obtained his specialty certification. He has been a Pulmonologist Associate at the Athens Medical Group - Palaiou Faliro Clinic since 2014, as well as the Scientific Lead Pulmonologist at the ‘Iatrokosmos’ Polyclinic since 2015. He has served as the lead physician in the Streetwork department of the Reception & Solidarity Center of the Municipality of Athens (KYADA) since 2022. Since 2010, he has participated as a researcher (Principal Investigator & Study Coordinator) in numerous international, multicenter Phase II, III, and IV clinical studies on bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Agapitou Varvara is a Pulmonologist - Phthisiologist and maintains a private practice in Haidari. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Athens. She worked at the Evgenideio Hospital in ergospirometry and rehabilitation of the University Intensive Care Clinic of the University of Athens, where she also completed her doctoral dissertation and was awarded a PhD from the University of Athens with distinction. She specialized in the University Intensive Care Clinic of Evangelismos Hospital in the Pulmonology Department (Obstructive diseases, COPD-asthma, interstitial diseases, lung and mediastinal neoplasms, pleural diseases, as well as diseases affecting the lung parenchyma and/or respiratory muscles causing respiratory failure), a clinic that is notably a referral center for chronic respiratory failure. She has completed the Smoking Cessation Seminar and, approaching science as a dynamic and continuously evolving process, she has attended and continues to attend numerous accredited seminars from both the Hellenic and European Respiratory Societies.

Aleurakis Emmanouil is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He holds a Medical Degree from the University of Crete and is a graduate of the postgraduate program "Respiratory Failure and Mechanical Ventilation" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a master's degree in "Thoracic Oncology" from the Medical School of the same institution. Additionally, she is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the University of Crete, with a dissertation topic: "Frequency of expiratory muscle contraction in the Intensive Care Unit, its causes, and impact on the management of critically ill intubated patients." Prapa Athina is a Military Physician - Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and maintains a private practice in Pangrati. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS).
