Welcome to my profile. My name is Lydia Felah, and I am a Physiotherapist (MSc) specializing in Chronic Pain Management and Biomedical Acupuncture.

At our center, AcuPhysio in Ilioupoli, we don't just treat symptoms. We combine scientific knowledge (Clinical Physiotherapy) with specialized techniques (Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Shockwave, Tecar) to identify and treat the root cause of the problem.

Varvagiannis Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist who conducts home visits. He is a certified physiotherapist specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders with many years of experience in providing personalized therapeutic programs tailored to the needs and goals of each patient. He focuses on the overall improvement of functionality, mobility, and quality of life, utilizing evidence-based practices, modern rehabilitation methods, and continuous professional development. He is distinguished by effective communication, empathy, and his ability to empower patients of all ages through prevention, education, and support in self-managing their symptoms.

Fatouros Andreas is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Paleo Faliro. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PAP). He has attended a seminar program on acupuncture at the David G. Simons Academy. Additionally, beyond his basic degree, he has completed postgraduate studies in the field of Manual Therapy with recognition from the global federation IFOMPT. For the past 16 years, he has been working as a physiotherapist in the private sector, specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and spinal disorders. Anastasiadi Elisavet is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioflow Therapy," which she operates in Agios Dimitrios. She holds a degree from the Athens Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Physiotherapy, is a PhD candidate at the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton, and a graduate of the Master's program in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton. She has served as a laboratory associate at the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica and has received further training in Gynecological Physiotherapy for pelvic floor rehabilitation from the UK-based POGP association. Vogiatzis Xarilaos is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree in Kinesiotherapy and Physical Education from the National Sports Academy of Sofia and has earned a PhD from the Department of Physiotherapy at the National Sports Academy of Sofia, Bulgaria. He received training in the Chinese Method and Acupuncture at the Physiotherapy Department of the Postgraduate Training Center of the National Sports Academy of Sofia. Dilaris Emmanouil is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Nea Ionia. He studied Physiotherapy at the National Academy of Sports Vasil Levski in Sofia. Το Physiobase Clinic Αραμπατζάκης Δ. - Καναβάς Μ.PT, OMT, MSc εδρεύει στην Ηλιούπολη. Ο Καναβάς Εμμανουήλ με γνώση και εμπειρία στον τομέα της αποκατάστασης ιδρύει το Physiobase. Σπούδασε στο τμήμα φυσικοθεραπείας του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής της Αθήνας, αποκτώντας τις απαραίτητες επιστημονικές βάσεις. Κατά τη διάρκεια της στρατιωτικής του θητείας, απόκτησε πρακτική εμπειρία εργαζόμενος στο 95 ΤΥΕΘ Ρόδου και στο 414 Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο Ειδικών Νοσημάτων. Ολοκλήρωσε την πρακτική του άσκηση στο Εθνικό Κέντρο Αποκατάστασης ( Ε.Κ.Α.) και αργότερα ολοκλήρωσε τις στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις του στο Διακλαδικό Κέντρο Φυσικής Ιατρικής και Αποκατάστασης (ΔΚΦΙΑΠ) του στρατιωτικού νοσοκομείου 414 ΣΝΕΝ , με ειδικότητα του φυσικοθεραπευτή. Έχει παρακολουθήσει το πρόγραμμα εξειδίκευσης Manual Therapy του Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών Χειροθεραπευτών Ελλάδος ώστε να ειδικευτεί στην αναγνώριση και επίλυση προβλημάτων του μυοσκελετικού συστήματος. Έχοντας εργαστεί σε ιδιωτικά φυσικοθεραπευτήρια και δημόσιες κλινικές όπως και αθλητικά σωματεία και συλλόγους έχει αποκτήσει μεγάλη εμπειρία και ενδιαφέρον για την αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών και ορθοπεδικών παθήσεων και κακώσεων. Prokopi Nikoletta is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "ProkopiPhysio" located in Ampelokipoi. She holds a degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Physiotherapy, a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, and is a laboratory collaborator at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of Western Greece. She has received postgraduate training in Gynecological Physiotherapy and is a certified Pelvic Floor Trainer (PFT) for pelvic floor rehabilitation. Additionally, she has specialized in the most modern methods for the rehabilitation of spinal disorders, Respiratory Physiotherapy, treatment of the lower jaw, Dry Needling acupuncture, and Visceral Mobilization (Barral technique, Grenoble, France). Finally, her clinical experience is notable, having worked in numerous clinics and hospitals such as the University Hospital of Patras, General State Hospital of Nikaia, Iaso General Hospital, and White Cross Athens.

Dr Karanasios Stefanos is a Physiotherapist, founder and director of the private physiotherapy clinic Physio - Kifisia in Kifisia. He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of West Attica, specializing in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He holds a Master's degree with a specialization in Hand Rehabilitation from the University of Derby, UK, and a Master's degree in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. He has worked as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in clinics in England, in private physiotherapy clinics in Thessaloniki and Athens, and as a Physiotherapist for the Hellenic Cycling Federation. To this day, he teaches Manual Therapy postgraduate seminars at the educational institution Hellenic OMT Diploma. Additionally, he has numerous research publications and conference presentations to his credit, and he is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association (PSF-NPDD).

Kalavrezos Georgios is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private physiotherapy clinic in Ilioupoli. Demosthenis Imariagkmpe is a Physiotherapist who operates Physiotherapy Centers in Kolonaki and Vyronas. Ο Γεωργόπουλος Χρήστος είναι Φυσικοθεραπευτής και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά κέντρα φυσικοθεραπείας από το 2009, έχοντας αναλάβει περισσότερους από 11000 ασθενείς, στην Καλλιθέα, στο Περιστέρι και στη Νίκαια. Είναι ιδρυτής των φυσικοθεραπευτηρίων στην Καλλιθέα και στη Νίκαια Αττικής (2017 και 2019 αντίστοιχα), συνεχίζοντας το όραμα παροχής μιας συνεχώς εξελισσόμενης θεραπείας που ξεκίνησε με το φυσικοθεραπευτήριο ΕΞΕΛΙΞΗ στο Περιστέρι, το οποίο ίδρυσε μαζί με τον κύριο Φουφόπουλο Νικόλαο το 2010. Το Νοέμβριο του 2023 ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική του διατριβή και ορκίστηκε Διδάκτωρ του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει 18 δημοσιεύσεις σε περιοδικά και συνέδρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε 11 σεμινάρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε περισσότερα από 27 συνέδρια και έχει αναλάβει περισσότερα από 11.000 περιστατικά. Ο κ.
