Finally, her clinical experience is notable, having worked in numerous clinics and hospitals such as the University Hospital of Patras, General State Hospital of Nikaia, Iaso General Hospital, and White Cross Athens.

Piskopaki Sofia is a Physiotherapy graduate from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, since 2014, and a registered member of the HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) as well as the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. She operates a physiotherapy center in Heraklion, Crete. In 2017, she completed her Master's program titled "Orthopedic Science and Rehabilitation" with a focus on Manual Therapy at the University of Nicosia. In her pursuit of new physiotherapy techniques, she completed studies in sports rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and subsequently attended a series of seminars on sports rehabilitation (Sports Physio) at HOMTD in Attica. Her master's in orthopedic rehabilitation motivated her to deepen her knowledge in acupuncture, leading her to complete studies in 2019 entitled "Acupuncture for Health Professionals" at the University of West Attica (PADE). Later, she earned the title of specialized clinical acupuncture instructor. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director of the Physiotherapy Department at the Metropolitan College of Heraklion. Since December 2022, she holds the OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Therapy) qualification from the internationally certified educational organization Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved). Her clinical experience began in 2015, working alongside renowned physiotherapists in Athens who supported her active engagement in the physiotherapy field as well as in seminar education. I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Varvagiannis Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist who conducts home visits. He is a certified physiotherapist specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders with many years of experience in providing personalized therapeutic programs tailored to the needs and goals of each patient. Holargos Physio Center - Fotiadis Panagiotis is located in Holargos. Fotiadis Panagiotis was born in Piraeus and was an athlete in the Drapetsona basketball team, with a preliminary selection in the national team squad. He studied physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia, attended numerous seminars, and specialized in McKenzie and Bobath techniques. He provided his services to sports clubs in the Fthiotida region and subsequently worked in rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy clinics, sports teams, and nursing homes. Since 2013, he has been part of the surgical rehabilitation team of Mr. Papagiannopoulos (a physician for many years of the Olympiacos basketball team, winning 3 European championships) at the Central Clinic of Athens. They manage orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular diseases in adults, as well as specialized strengthening programs for individuals with musculoskeletal problems. Stamatiou Dauid-Aggelos and Malama Andromachi are specialized physiotherapists and have been operating the physiotherapy clinic ActivePhysioCenter in Kallithea, Attica, since 2019. We are graduates of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (ATEI). Subsequently, we specialized at the Association of Manual Therapists Physiotherapists of Greece (S.F.X.E.-I.F.O.M.T.) in Manual Therapy - Chiropractic methods and Dry Needling, and in Biomedical Acupuncture (EFEA), respectively.
