Aggelis Anastasios is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Nea Filadelfeia. Iordanidou Katerina is a Pediatrician in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and obtained her Pediatric specialization title in September 2019 following examinations. She began her specialty in the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Kavala and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom. She initially trained in the Neonatal Unit at Barnet Hospital in London and later at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, where she acquired extensive experience in general pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and the emergency department. She received further training in pediatric endocrinology at the Royal London Hospital, working as a Senior Endocrine Fellow. She also worked as a Senior Registrar at Barnet Hospital and Royal Free Hospital, covering the Pediatric Department and the Neonatal Unit. Since 2013, she has been a certified ERC instructor in Neonatal Life Support (NLS Instructor). Since January 2023, she has maintained a private practice with modern equipment in the center of Thessaloniki, in a space designed to meet the needs of both children and mothers, including a breastfeeding area. Athanasia Pagoni MD, MSc, PhDc is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Loutrouki Aikaterini is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Marousi. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Leipzig, Germany, and holds a PhD from the University of Bern, Switzerland. She has gained professional experience working in hospitals in Germany for the past 18 years. Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

She completed part of her pediatric residency with a specialization in Neonatology at the University Neonatal Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, where she received training in neonatal resuscitation, early neonatal care, and the establishment of breastfeeding immediately after birth.

She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of a personalized model of nutrition, physical activity, and psychological intervention for the prevention and management of childhood and adolescent obesity and overweight. The research was conducted at the Weight Management Center of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital.

Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

Vasileiou Georgios is a Pediatrician - Neonatologist with private practices in Thessaloniki and Stavroupoli. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Pediatrics and Neonatology. He is a Neonatologist at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic "Genesis". He worked as a neonatologist at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic Genesis for 18 years (2004-2022) at Bioclinic (formerly Galinos), at Rea Clinic, as well as in the Pediatric Department of the General Clinic. Since 2022, he has been working as a collaborating neonatologist in the Maternity Department of the Bioclinic Clinic Thessaloniki. He has served as a Scientific Collaborator in the Neonatology Clinic of the National Health System (ESY) at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocratio". During his professional career, he has examined over 30,000 neonates and participated in almost as many vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in the issues that affect neonates. Finally, the doctor has published 7 scientific papers presented at conferences and published in scientific journals and regularly attends numerous conferences and seminars as part of his ongoing professional development.

Giannopoulou Sotiria MD, MPH, IBCLC is a Pediatrician - Internationally Certified Lactation Consultant and maintains a private practice in Kalamata. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and completed a Master's Degree in Public Health with a focus on Social and Preventive Medicine at the Medical School of the University of Patras. Her thesis addressed childhood obesity. She served as a mandatory rural service physician in Konitsa, Ioannina. She began her pediatric specialty training at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Zakynthos and completed it at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Patras "Karamanadaneio," where she participated in the Endocrinology and Neurology clinics, the Mediterranean Anemia Unit, and the Neonatal Unit. She has also worked as an on-call physician in private healthcare units and as the Chief Medical Officer at recreational facilities and football matches in Ioannina. She was responsible for teaching anatomy, physiology, dermatology, hygiene, and first aid courses at the Vocational Training Institute of the Manpower Employment Organization during 2019 - 2020. She considers it important to continuously expand and validate her scientific knowledge through ongoing training by participating in conferences, seminars, and reviewing international literature. Additionally, she has authored numerous articles and presentations at Greek and international conferences. Dr. Thanos Xristos is a Pediatrician, specialized in Germany in Infectious Diseases and in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. Since October 2022, he has maintained his private practice in Kalamaria and, since December 2022, he serves as a Pediatrician at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic in Thessaloniki. Until May 31, 2023, he practiced for four years as a private specialist physician in pediatric and adolescent medicine at a family/pediatric practice in Berlin. Dr. Xristos is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace. As part of his postgraduate training, he obtained a Certificate in Clinical Nutrition in Pediatrics after successful examinations (DGKJ) and recognition by the Ärztekammer Westfalen Lippe. He is an Authorized collaborator of the A' Test (school readiness screening) and has attended IBCLC Lactation Consultant Seminars. During his specialization and further training, he worked in Germany at academic hospitals of the University of Münster, gaining two years of work experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level 1) and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a trainee physician, he also worked in the private pediatric and adolescent practice of Prof. Dr. Stefan Eber in Munich. He collaborated with Assistant Professor E. Paraskakis at the pediatric pulmonology clinic of the pediatric department of DUTH (performing spirometry, skin tests, and participating in scientific research). Finally, he provided voluntary pediatric services at refugee centers in the city of Dortmund. In his private practice, he manages a wide range of cases covering the entire spectrum of pediatric and adolescent medicine, utilizing his scientific excellence and extensive experience.

Panagiotopoulou Tzortzina MSc, IBCLC is a Pediatrician - Certified Breastfeeding Consultant IBCLC and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. She graduated in 2006 from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (N.K.U.A.) and continued her postgraduate training at the same university, specializing in clinical Pediatrics and Nursing Research, which she completed in 2017. In the same year, she obtained the Pediatric specialty title after specializing at the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia". Subsequently, she received two certifications in pediatric nutrition through distance learning at Ludwig-Maximilians University (Germany) and Boston University (USA). Since 2021, after successful examinations approved by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies of the USA (NCCA), she has received the Global IBCLC Certification as a Breastfeeding Consultant, whereby, with her knowledge and experience in breastfeeding-related issues (e.g., breastfeeding difficulties, prematurity, multiple pregnancies), she actively supports mothers in this purpose.
