Professor Papaspyrou Spyros, MD, PhD, is an Otolaryngologist and maintains his private practice in Kolonaki. Finally, he organized pioneering annual “Workshops on Surgical Techniques of the Head and Neck” for 15 consecutive years, significantly contributing to the education and postgraduate training of Greek Otolaryngologists.

  • 1971 – 1972: I served at the rural clinic of Pavliani – Lamia.
  • 1973 – 1976: I was a resident in the Otolaryngology Clinic of Evangelismos Hospital.
  • 1977: I continued in the same clinic as Registrar, and at the end of the year, I was awarded a Doctorate with Honors from the University of Athens.
  • 1979: I went to Boston, to the Mass. Eye and Ear Infirmary (a clinic of Harvard Medical School).
