Orfanidis Thomas is an Ophthalmologist with a private practice in Chaidari. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Crete and completed his Ophthalmology residency at the Ophthalmology Department of the Athens Polyclinic. He specializes in refractive surgery, including cataract surgeries using phacoemulsification, laser procedures for the correction of myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism, as well as glaucoma investigation and monitoring. Additionally, Dr. Orfanidis has served as a collaborator at the Research Institute of Optics and Vision of the University of Crete, working alongside Professor I. Pallikari.

Ο Dr Ζησούλης Αιμίλιος MD PhD είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος και Διδάκτωρ Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Το 2010 πέτυχε βαθμολογία ρεκόρ στις πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις με 19780 μόρια και εισήλθε στην Ιατρική σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Αποφοίτησε το 2016, 1ος σε σειρά λαμβάνοντας έπαινο και το αριστείο της Ιατρικής Σχολής. Υπηρέτησε ως ειδικευόμενος οφθαλμίατρος στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Λάρισας Κουτλιμπάνειο και Τριανταφύλλειο κατά τα έτη 2018-2023, στη διάρκεια των οποίων διετέλεσε ως πρώτος χειρουργός σε εκατοντάδες χειρουργικές επεμβάσεις καταρράκτη και άλλα χειρουργεία προσθίου οφθαλμικού ημιμορίου, ενώ παράλληλα ανέλαβε την διερεύνηση και θεραπεία χιλιάδων ασθενών με πληθώρα οφθαλμικών παθήσεων. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας του συμμετείχε σε μεγάλο αριθμό οφθαλμολογικών συνεδρίων και διεθνών σεμιναρίων χειρουργικής προσθίου οφθαλμικού ημιμορίου, παρουσιάζοντας ως ομιλητής ιδιαίτερα περιστατικά και την ερευνητική πρόοδο της διδακτορικής του διατριβής. Τον Μάιο του 2023 έλαβε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας της οφθαλμολογίας συμμετέχοντας στις εξετάσεις του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου ΑΧΕΠΑ της Θεσσαλονίκης. Αναγορεύτηκε Διδάκτορας της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων το 2020 με διδακτορική διατριβή επί του γλαυκώματος και βαθμό άριστα καταρρίπτοντας το ρεκόρ μικρότερης ηλικίας γιατρού με διδακτορικό (28 ετών). Εργάζεται από το καλοκαίρι του 2023 ως χειρουργός οφθαλμίατρος στο ιδιωτικό του ιατρείο επί της οδού Ασκληπιού 38 στη Λάρισα και χειρουργεί στην οφθαλμολογική κλινική του ΙΑΣΩ Θεσσαλίας. Έχει ήδη μεγάλη πείρα σε επεμβάσεις κερατόκωνου : cross linking και Kerarings , ενώ διενεργεί με μεγάλη επιτυχία όλες τις επεμβάσεις αφαίρεσης γυαλιών: femtoLASIK, PRK, ICLφακικοί ενδοφακοί και refractive lensectomy. Είναι ένας από τους πρώτους ευρωπαίους οφθαλμίατρους που εκπαιδεύτηκε το 2025 από την ALCON στην Βαρκελώνη σε ένθεση των premium ενδοφακών της Alcon Vivity και Panoptix με τη χρήση του digital marker VERION προσαρμοσμένου επί του μικροσκοπίου Luxor Revalia. Όλος ο παραπάνω ο εξοπλισμός είναι πλέον σε πλήρη χρήση στο Ιασώ Θεσσαλίας. Η προηγμένη αυτή τεχνική αποσκοπεί στην πλήρη απαλλαγή από γυαλιά σε κάθε απόσταση μετά από επέμβαση καταρράκτη. Στις 10/9/2025 τοποθέτησε σε ασθενείς τους πρώτους στην κεντρική Ελλάδα ενδοφακούς Alcon Clareon Vivity προ της επίσημης κυκλοφορίας τους στην ελληνική αγορά. Αποτελούν πρωτοπόρο τεχνολογία κατασκευασμένη στις Η.Π.Α. ικανή να προσφέρει ταυτόχρονα άριστη μακρινή και κοντινή όραση, με στόχο την πλήρη απαλλαγή από κάθε γυαλί όρασης, χωρίς παραγωγή δυσφωτοπικών φαινομένων.

Dr. Miraxtsis Theodoros MD, PhD is an Ophthalmic Surgeon - Military Physician and Director of the Ophthalmology Clinic at the 424 General Army Hospital of Thessaloniki, with a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a graduate of the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS). He has completed postgraduate studies in Pediatric Ophthalmology and, as part of his doctoral thesis, he is extensively involved in the management of macular diseases (wet and dry age-related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema or post-thrombotic conditions), with the administration of new anti-angiogenic agents (anti-VEGF) and lasers. Georgopoulos Minas Md Pgdip Febo Frcophth Febos-Glaucoma is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, maintaining private clinics in Piraeus and Athens. He is a diplomate of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of Great Britain (FRCOphth), having passed the requisite examinations. He holds the position of Director of the Glaucoma and Cataract departments at the Surrey and Sussex hospitals in the United Kingdom, specializing in Cataract surgery, myopia LASER treatments, Glaucoma, and anterior segment diseases. He is among the few ophthalmologists across Europe to have obtained the FEBOS-Gl title from the European Glaucoma Society (EUGS) and the European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO). He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace (2009) and specialized in ophthalmology at hospitals in Great Britain, acquiring the Specialist Ophthalmologist title (2016). Dr. Tantros Xristin MD, MSc, FEBO is a Surgical Ophthalmologist and maintains private practices in Chalandri and Argyroupoli. She holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and specialized in ophthalmology in Paris, Lausanne, and Athens. Xristodoulidis Mixail X. MD is an Ophthalmologist who has maintained a private practice in Cholargos since 1997.
