Η Χωραϊτου Μαρία είναι Σύμβουλος Ψυχικής Υγείας και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στην Δάφνη. Είναι φοιτήτρια Ψυχολογίας στο Ευρωπαϊκό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου. Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Συνθετική Ψυχοθεραπεία στο ΚΕΒΙΔΙΜ πρόγραμμα Αλυπίας Τέχνη(Υπαρξιακή , Συστημική και Πολιπολιτισμική Προσέγγιση). Έχει παρακολουθήσει σεμινάρια στην Gestalt και συστημικής οικογενειακής προσέγγισης . Είναι yoga instructor σε ομάδες γυναικών που αντιμετωπίζουν θέματα με την εμμηνόπαυση, την οστεοπόρωση,την κλιμακτήριο, την συνταξιοδότηση και την κατάθλιψη . Παρέχει συνεδρίες shiatsu masaz και θεραπευτικής ολιστικής χειροπρακτικής παράλληλα με τις συνεδρίες ψυχικής ενδυνάμωσης. Συνδυάζει τις γνώσεις της στο coaching με την ενίσχυση της ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε εθελοντικό επίπεδο σε ανθρωπιστικούς συλλόγους μοιράζοντας την εμπειρία του mindfulness στον συντονισμό ομάδων αυτογνωσίας , της yoga nidra και της σωματικής ανακούφισης και αποσυμφόρησης μέσα από τεχνικές που έχει διδαχθεί. Παρακολουθεί μέχρι και σήμερα σεμινάρια και εκπαιδεύσεις σχετικές με την ψυχική υγεία. Η Χωραϊτου Μαρία συνεργάζεται με ψυχίατρο και συζητάει μαζί του για θέματα που αφορούν την λήψη φαρμακευτικής αγωγής των θεραπευόμενων.
