Δεν ήταν δυνατό να ολοκληρωθεί η παροχή της υπηρεσίας καθώς δεν λειτουργούσε ένα βασικό εργαλείο (κομπρεσέρ). Αυτό όμως που μου έκανε κακή εντύπωση είναι πως δεν υπήρξε καμία διάθεση για επαπρογραμματισμό ραντεβού, ακόμα και μετά τις διακοπές του.

Αγαπητή κυρία , σας ευχαριστούμε για το σχόλιό σας. Πράγματι, την ημέρα του ραντεβού σας παρουσιάστηκε αιφνίδιο τεχνικό πρόβλημα με το κομπρεσέρ, γεγονός που δυστυχώς δεν μας επέτρεψε να ολοκληρώσουμε τη θεραπεία σας. Παρόλα αυτά, έγινε πλήρης κλινική εξέταση, χωρίς καμία οικονομική επιβάρυνση και σας ενημέρωσα αναλυτικά για το πρόβλημα, ώστε να μην μείνει κάτι σε εκκρεμότητα μέχρι την επιστροφή μου από τις διακοπές. Λυπάμαι αν σας έδωσα την εντύπωση ότι δεν υπήρξε διάθεση για επαναπρογραμματισμό. Σίγουρα δεν ήταν αυτή η πρόθεσή μου και θα χαιρόμουν να έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να συνεχίσουμε τη θεραπεία σας με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την κατανόηση και την ευγένειά σας.
