The Euiasis Medical Acupuncture Center is located in Marousi. The Scientific Director of the Euiasis Medical Center is Dr. Christina Efthymiou MD, MSc, Med. Ac, who is an Otolaryngology Surgeon, Neuro-otologist, Head and Neck Surgeon, with postgraduate studies in neurosurgery, autoimmune inflammatory diseases, topographic and functional neuroanatomy, nervous system syndromes, neocortical brain diseases, investigation of consciousness disorders, ankylosing spondylitis, enteropathic arthritides, and musculoskeletal problems. She is a specialist in Medical Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Biomedical Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture, Auricular Neuromodulation, Abdominal Acupuncture, and Laser LLLT Acupuncture. The goal of the Euiasis Medical Center is the longevity of the individual as well as ensuring a high quality of life. The holistic therapeutic approach for every condition troubling you finds its solution in medical acupuncture. At Euiasis, according to the decision (574/A4/1191/21-2-1980) (Y7/oik/4270/25-6-96) of the Ministry of Health, a holistic medical acupuncture center operates.

Mpageris Ioannis is a Neurologist and Acupuncturist who maintains private practices at Pedion tou Areos and Ilion. He holds a postgraduate specialization in Biomedical Acupuncture and a degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras. He completed his specialty training in psychiatry at the General Hospital of Elefsina “Thriasio” and in neurology at the General Hospital of Attica “KAT”, as well as neurology at the General Hospital of Athens “Evangelismos”. There, he had the opportunity to train in conditions such as cerebrovascular accidents, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, migraine, vertigo, polyneuropathies, and sleep disorders. Finally, the doctor has participated in numerous medical seminars and conferences and has contributed to the preparation of medical research papers.

Fragkakis Nikolaos is an Acupuncturist and maintains a private clinic in Argyroupoli. He holds a diploma in Acupuncture and is certified in Hilterapia therapy, which aids in the recovery of painful pathological conditions related to muscles, tendons, and ligaments, as well as in shock wave therapy for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. He has served as the Director of the Pathology Clinic at the General Hospital of Amfissa. Through attendance at conferences and seminars related to Rheumatology, he stays updated on developments in his field. Finally, since January 2025, the doctor has been the President of the Professional Committee of Rheumatologists of Greece and is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Association of Clinical Laboratory Physicians, and the Alternative Medicine Committee of the Athens Medical Association.

Papadopoulos Dimitrios is an Anesthesiologist - Acupuncturist and maintains a Private Pain Clinic in Acharnes. He graduated from the Medical School of Varna and specialized in Anesthesiology at the "Konstantopouleio" General Hospital (Agia Olga). He trained at the Pain & Palliative Care Clinic at the General Oncology Hospital “Agioi Anargyroi” and holds a Certificate of Attendance from Continuing Education Seminars in Algology (SEΑ). He holds an Acupuncture Diploma from the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center AcuScience (2009 - 2011). He has served as an Anesthesiologist at the UHB Trust in the United Kingdom and as an Assistant Consultant Anesthesiologist B’ at the General Hospital of Samos. As part of his continuous professional development, he participates in numerous conferences and seminars in Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Management in Greece and abroad, as well as in Auricular Acupuncture - Auricular Neuromodulation with Prof. Bazzoni.

Segredou Markella is a Rehabilitation Physician with specialized training in the application of Medical Acupuncture. She is an instructor at the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center and the Acupuncture Program of the University of West Attica for healthcare professionals. Since 2006, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society. Additionally, she has received training in the diagnosis and management of chronic pain in Milan, Italy (4th Montescano EFIC School), and has completed the Continuing Education Program in Algology offered by the Hellenic Algology Society - EFIC, as well as participated in the activities of the Pain Management Clinic at Toronto Western Hospital in Canada. She completed her medical specialty in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Attikon General Hospital of Attica KAT. She was trained in acupuncture application at the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center (2002 - 2004) and subsequently at the International University of Chinese Medicine in Beijing (2005 and 2007), and has been involved with Medical Acupuncture since 2002. Notably, she played a decisive role in the establishment, organization, and operation of the outpatient pain clinic and its management with acupuncture and other methods at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic of the Attikon General Hospital of Attica KAT. Finally, she has participated in numerous conferences and workshops, delivering lectures focusing on pain and its management as well as the role of Medical Acupuncture in broader medical issues.

Kolokytha Theodora is a Specialist in Internal Medicine - Diabetology - Acupuncturist and maintains a private clinic in Paleo Faliro. As an Acupuncturist, she applies biomedical acupuncture in her practice. She studied at the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a Master's degree in Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity, completed at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has worked as an Internist at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko" and the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration." Additionally, she served as an Internist in the Artificial Kidney Unit at the "Taxiarchai" Clinic. Finally, in her clinic, the doctor manages a wide range of conditions including infections, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity.

Vardoulakis Xristoforos is an Acupuncturist and Physiotherapist, operating a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. He studied Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and holds a master's degree (MSc) in Sports Physiotherapy from the Medical School of Novi Sad. He possesses extensive experience and training in the field and has collaborated with teams from the Greek Super League, providing his services. Furthermore, he specializes in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as sports injuries.

Αποφοίτησε με Άριστα από τη Σχολή Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της έλαβε βραβεύσεις από το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών (Ι.Κ.Υ) και το έτος 2003 της απονεμήθηκε το Αριστείο της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας Φυσικοθεραπείας από τον τ. She holds a medical degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a specialization in Anesthesiology and further training in Pain Management at Queen’s Medical Center and City Hospital Nottingham, United Kingdom. She has clinical experience at both City Hospital Nottingham and the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." She is an active member of Greek and international scientific societies, including the Hellenic Society of Algology, the Hellenic Society of Anesthesiology, the International Association for the Study of Pain, the British Pain Society, the British Acupuncture Society, the International Neuromodulation Society, and the British Association of Medical Hypnosis, and she is also registered in the Cyprus Medical Registry.

Odysseas Pazionis is an Acupuncturist and maintains a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Neurology at the General State Hospital of Athens. He completed a postgraduate program in Medical Acupuncture and in the Rehabilitation of Neurological Disorders and was trained in "Advanced Life Support in Adults and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" by the European Resuscitation Council. Additionally, he specializes in acute and chronic pain and smoking cessation. He is a collaborator at the Medisalus Diagnostic Center, a consulting neurologist at the "G. Karavis" Center for Acupuncture Application and Research, and has served as a neurologist at Hygeia Hospital as well as an external associate in the Demyelinating Diseases Department and the General Neurology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." He is an instructor in Medical Acupuncture at the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica and at the international postgraduate center Acuscience, educating physicians in the treatment of headaches and sleep disorders. He applies acupuncture particularly in the treatment of migraines/headaches, smoking cessation, and the management of chronic or acute pain. Dellaporta Dionysia is an Acupuncturist and operates a private clinic in Analipsi, Thessaloniki. She holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Bologna in Italy and completed a postgraduate program in Health Unit Management at the Open University of Rome. She specialized in Neurology and holds a Medical Acupuncture diploma. She works at the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Society and additionally manages an electrophysiological laboratory and an Acupuncture clinic. Finally, her clinic is co-located with Pulmonologist Nikolaos Chavouzis.

Kyriaki Sapalidou is a physician specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with extensive experience in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal, rheumatological, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and is a member of the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (EEFIAP) and the European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, recognized by the UEMS (Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes).

She has been practicing as a physiatrist since 2003 as an independent professional at her private clinic in Peristeri, where she is the scientific head of the physiotherapy department. Additionally, she practices medical acupuncture, having been trained and certified by the International Acupuncture Medical Association (ICMART).

She has served as the scientific director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department in major private healthcare facilities, such as Metropolitan General and the "Lefkos Stavros" Clinic, while also gaining valuable experience in the public sector with training at prominent hospitals including the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" - Polyclinic, the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio," and the General Hospital of Attica KAT.

As part of her continuous professional development, she has attended over 30 educational seminars and training programs in Greece and abroad, and has published multiple scientific studies, actively contributing to research and the scientific community in her field.

Pappa Lina is an Acupuncturist who operates a private clinic specializing in Acupuncture and Aesthetic Medicine in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a medical degree from the G. D'Annunzio Medical School in Chieti, Italy, with postgraduate training at the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques (ICMART) and at the European Cosmetic Academy of Chinese Acupuncture (Dr. Radha Thambirajah). The physician has extensive experience in pain management and aesthetic medicine and has also obtained relevant certification from the Italian School of Mesotherapy. Additionally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society, and a founding member of the Hellenic Medical Mesotherapy Society.

Periferakis Konstantinos is a Pathologist - Acupuncture Specialist and maintains a private practice in Kolonos. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Universitatea de Medicina si Farmacie "Victor Babes" Timisoara and has specialized at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and the Metaxa Hospital. Additionally, he has been trained in Acupuncture, Phytotherapy, Reiki Energy Healing, and Iridology, and has completed further training in Acupuncture at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Chinese Phytotherapy at the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Science Center, and in the Abdominal Acupuncture System. To date, he remains a member of the Teaching Team at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Hellenic Microbiological Society, the Hellenic Medical Society of Acupuncture, and the Hellenic Medical Society of Iridology. Finally, he has participated in the 8th and 15th Panhellenic Acupuncture Congresses and speaks English, Romanian, and Italian.

Η Νικοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Αναισθησιολόγος - Βελονίστρια και διατηρεί το Ιατρείο Πόνου και Βελονισμού στο Μαρούσι. Αποφοίτησε από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και στη συνέχεια επέλεξε την ειδικότητα της Παθολογίας στην οποία ασκήθηκε ως ειδικευόμενη για ένα έτος. Η αντιμετώπιση του επείγοντος, κέρδιζε πάντα το ενδιαφέρον της, έτσι τελικά απέκτησε την ειδικότητα της Αναισθησιολογίας με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση του οξέος και χρόνιου πόνου. Ειδικεύθηκε στο 401 Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο "Κοργιαλένειο – Μπενάκειο", αποκτώντας ισχυρό κλινικό υπόβαθρο στις βασικές αρχές της αναισθησιολογίας σε απαιτητικά περιβάλλοντα. Despoina Rizopoulou is an Internist specializing in acupuncture and maintains private practices in Nea Raidestos, Thermis area, and Kalamaria. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly in July 1997. After completing her rural service, she specialized in Internal Medicine at the Pathology Clinic of Kastoria Hospital and the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathology Clinic of Hippokration Hospital in Thessaloniki, obtaining her specialty certification in January 2006. She worked at the Blue Cross and the General Clinic of Thessaloniki from 2005 to 2022.

Devekouzou Dimitris is a General Practitioner and Acupuncturist, maintaining private practices in Palaio Faliro and Peristeri. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens (2005) and from the Nursing School of the same University (1990). He successfully completed his specialty in General Medicine in 2011 and has accumulated experience from public and private hospitals in Athens, such as Hygeia, Elpis, Iaso General, Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center, and the General State Hospital of Nikaia. He has been awarded by the Association of Children with Mediterranean Anemia and by the nursing service of the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center. Since the beginning of his basic studies, he has kept up-to-date with the latest developments across the entire spectrum of medicine by participating in numerous Greek and international conferences. His dual expertise in both nursing and general medicine allows him to manage a wide range of pathological conditions and severities, including diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, infections, chronic respiratory pulmonary disease, hyperlipidemia (LDL removal, Dali method), obesity, trauma, pressure ulcers, osteoporosis, and smoking cessation.

Fotaki Paraskeui is an Acupuncturist with a private practice in Kallithea. She holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is certified by the Hellenic Society of Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy. Additionally, she has participated in post-graduate training programs and seminars on Acupuncture and Phytotherapy in China, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Italy, and the United Kingdom, and has also been trained in traditional Usui Reiki. She has specialized in Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy at the University Clinic Gareggi in Florence and in Gynecological Endocrinology in Amsterdam. Furthermore, she has specialized in Acupuncture following two years of training at the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center of Athens, with direct application during her residency at Aretaieio Hospital in collaboration with the Anesthesiology Department. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Surgical Society, the Hellenic Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Hellenic Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, the Hellenic Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Hellenic Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, as well as the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society.
