Η κα Αλεξάνδρα Μάστορα είναι εξαιρετική παιδοδοντίατρος και αισθανόμαστε πραγματικά πολύ τυχεροί που τη βρήκαμε. Εδώ και 1,5 χρόνο παρακολουθεί το παιδί μας (7,5 ετών) και κάθε επίσκεψη είναι άψογη. Έχει μοναδικό τρόπο προσέγγισης με τα παιδιά: πάντα χαμογελαστή, ήρεμη, ευγενική και επικοινωνιακή, δημιουργεί αμέσως αίσθημα ασφάλειας και εμπιστοσύνης. Το παιδί μας πηγαίνει χωρίς φόβο και άγχος, κάτι πολύ σημαντικό για εμάς. Μας εξηγεί αναλυτικά κάθε διαδικασία και απαντά με υπομονή σε κάθε απορία, χωρίς να δημιουργεί περιττή ανησυχία στους γονείς. Έχουμε κάνει καθαρισμούς, εξαγωγές παιδικών δοντιών και γενικούς ελέγχους, πάντα με εξαιρετικό επαγγελματισμό και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για το παιδί. Το ιατρείο είναι πεντακάθαρο, οργανωμένο και πλήρως προσαρμοσμένο για παιδιά, ενώ τα ραντεβού γίνονται πάντα στην ώρα τους. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα και την επαγγελματική της εντιμότητα σε έναν απλό έλεγχο όπου δεν χρέωσε επίσκεψη. Τη συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε κάθε γονέα!

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία από την επίσκεψή μας. Κάναμε σφράγισμα στα 6 του παιδιού μας και, παρότι αρχικά ανησυχούσα για το πώς θα συνεργαστεί, όλα πήγαν πολύ καλύτερα από όσο περίμενα. Η γιατρός είχε εξαιρετικό τρόπο προσέγγισης με τα παιδιά, τον έκανε να νιώσει άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και τον αντιμετώπισε με ηρεμία και επαγγελματισμό. Μπήκε μόνος του στο ιατρείο και ολοκλήρωσε τη διαδικασία χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Πολύ γρήγορη, ευγενική και αποτελεσματική. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ υπομονετική γιατρός. Τηρήθηκε η ώρα του ραντεβού. Μας ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη, ώστε και την επιλέξαμε παρότι βρίσκεται μακριά από τον τόπο κατοικίας μας. Κατάφερε να σώσει 2 δόντια της κόρης μου, ενώ άλλη οδοντίατρος που την παρακολουθούσε είχε κάνει λάθος ιατρική παρέμβαση.
