Η Παπαευθυμίου Ευφροσύνη είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στον Βύρωνα, όπου παρέχονται ιατρικές υπηρεσίες με σεβασμό και προσωπικό ενδιαφέρον για τον ασθενή. Εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με την πρώτη προσπάθεια και με σειρά εισαγωγής 35η. Ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της το 2008 και, εν συνεχεία, ειδικεύτηκε στην Οφθαλμολογία αρχικά για ένα χρόνο στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Καρδίτσας. Συνέχισε και ολοκλήρωσε το βασικό μέρος της ειδικότητας της στην Αθήνα, στην οφθαλμολογική κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Κοργιαλένειο - Μπενάκειο - Ερυθρός Σταυρός" για τρία χρόνια. Το 2019 έλαβε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας της χειρουργικής οφθαλμολογίας, κατόπιν εξετάσεων στην Αθήνα και τον τίτλο του Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology (Ακόλουθος του Ευρωπαϊκού Συμβουλίου της Οφθαλμολογίας) κατόπιν πανευρωπαϊκών εξετάσεων στη Γαλλία. Το 2021 έλαβε άδεια εκτέλεσης υπερήχων ειδικότητας οφθαλμολογίας κατόπιν εξάμηνης μετεκπαίδευσης και ακολούθως επίσημων εξετάσεων του Υπουργείου Υγείας. Το 2022 ολοκλήρωσε το μεταπτυχιακό της στην «Ιατρική Απεικόνιση στην Οφθαλμολογία» από το Δημοκρίτειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θράκης. Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Οφθαλμολογικής Εταιρείας. Συμμετέχει σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια και έχει δημοσιεύσει εργασίες σε έγκριτα επιστημονικά περιοδικά.

Πολύ καλή γιατρός, μου φάνηκε προσεκτική και καταρτισμένη. Η εξέταση ήταν αναλυτική με ευγένεια και ηρεμία. Μου εξήγησε απλά και αισθάνθηκα άνετα να επικοινωνήσω ξανά μαζί της για απορίες. Μοντέρνο και καθαρό ιατρείο.

Εξαιρετική επιστήμονας απόλυτα καταρτισμένη και αναλυτική στο να σου εξηγήσει το πρόβλημα και να σου βει την κατάλληλη λύση. Συνεπής στο ραντεβού, χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση, διαθέτοντας παράλληλα τον απαραίτητο χρόνο για να γίνει σωστά η εξέταση. Ο ιατρικός εξοπλισμός φαινόταν καινούργιος και σύγχρονος. Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και για απλή εξέταση/μέτρηση, αλλά και για πιο σύνθετες παθήσεις αφού, αν και νέα σε ηλικία, φαίνεται να διαθέτει σημαντική εμπειρία και σε πιο πολύπλοκα περιστατικά.
