He holds a doctoral thesis in the Surgical Sector of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a medical degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Dr. Tsoutsas Ioannis A is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Vrilissia.
