Dr. Papasideris Xristos is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, PhD holder from Democritus University of Thrace, maintaining private clinics in Marousi and Kallithea. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and holds a postgraduate diploma in "Vascular Surgery: Endovascular Techniques." He also completed advanced training at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of Heinrich – Heinle University in Düsseldorf, Germany. He has been a scientific associate at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the University of Athens, the University General Hospital Attikon, as well as a collaborator and surgeon at private hospitals. During his specialty training, he worked at the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center, Evangelismos Hospital, Konstantopouleio General Hospital of N. Ionia “Agia Olga,” and the University General Hospital of Alexandroupolis. Additionally, he teaches at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as part of the course ‘Vascular Surgery,’ has participated as a speaker in conferences and workshops, and has numerous presentations at international conferences and publications in internationally recognized journals. He is a member of the Hellenic Professional Association of Vascular Surgeons and a board member of the Angiology Society, the Hellenic Vascular Surgery Society, and the Union of EOPYY Physicians (ENI-EOPYY), serving as the General Secretary. Finally, he specializes in the latest minimally invasive endovascular techniques.
