Antonopoulou Adamantia is a Psychologist - Psychotherapist and maintains a private practice in Kyparissia. She graduated from the Department of Psychology at the University of Nicosia and the Department of Sociology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with the Università di Bologna. She holds two master's degrees: an MSc in Clinical Mental Health from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Psychology of Child Development from the University of Central Lancashire. She has been trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as in Psychoeducation, Clinical Psychopathology, Play Therapy, and the Promotion of Mental Health for Children and Adolescents. Additionally, she has participated in training programs at the Research University Institute of Mental Health (E.P.I.PSY.), focusing on psychoeducation and the mental resilience of children and adolescents. Her professional experience includes collaborations with Aeginiteio Hospital, SOS Children’s Villages, the Cyprus Red Cross, and numerous primary and secondary school institutions within the framework of psychosocial support programs of the Ministry of Education. At the same time, she has provided psychological support services in programs such as "Let's Talk" and the psychological support helpline milamou.gr. Currently, she maintains a private practice where she offers psychotherapeutic services to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families, both in person and online. Her approach is based on the principles of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, empathy, and individualized care, aiming to empower and improve the mental well-being of each individual.
