As a psychotherapist, she holds a profound interest in how each individual relates to themselves and to others, and how through this relationship new paths of development and meaning can be discovered. Her approach is based on the principles of Existential and Systemic Psychotherapy, viewing the individual as a unity extending across the three temporal dimensions of past, present, and future. She believes that through connection, the possibility for deeper understanding, internal coherence, and the creation of new meaning in life emerges. She works with adults, adolescents, couples, and families seeking understanding, balance, and authenticity in their relationships and way of living.
