Arxontissa (Anda) Sartzetaki is a Psychologist and holds a license to practice as a Psychologist. She has completed a two-year training in Systemic-Dialectical Psychotherapy at the Athens Center for the Study of the Human (AKMA), and she is also completing a four-year training in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy at the Institute for Research and Therapy of Behavior (IETHS). She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Panteion University and pursued her postgraduate studies in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), where she graduated with a scholarship. Furthermore, she has been trained in specialized techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness, as well as in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T.) techniques in Austria and Hungary respectively, as a recipient of European Union scholarships. She has worked as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist with adults, children, and adolescents in various private and public settings, including Secondary Education (Junior High Schools - Senior High Schools - KEDASY) and Mental Health Centers, addressing issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, interpersonal relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem and self-confidence, assertiveness, divorce/separation, parental counseling, intervention in neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD), and more. She has also volunteered at the Day Center of Palaio Faliro, the Community Psychosocial Intervention Day Center of EPAPSY, as well as at the Hellenic League Against Rheumatism (ELEANA). Finally, she has experience in administering psychometric assessment tools and psychological evaluations and has participated as a speaker presenting research findings at national scientific conferences.
