Antoniadou Thekla is an Orthopedic Surgeon and a PhD candidate at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with a private practice in Palaio Faliro. Στο πλαίσιο της ειδικότητας, εκπαιδεύτηκε στο Τμήμα Σκολίωσης και Σπονδυλικής Στήλης του Γ.Ν.Α. «ΚΑΤ» (2019-2020), όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία στην ολοκληρωμένη αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των παθήσεων, σύνθετων παραμορφώσεων και κακώσεων της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης. Ακόμα, εκπαιδεύτηκε στην Παιδο-ορθοπαιδική στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων «η Αγία Σοφία» (2020-2021), όπου ήρθε σε επαφή με μεγάλο όγκο κακώσεων και παραμορφώσεων του παιδιατρικού πληθυσμού. Ο ιατρός εκπαιδεύτηκε ως Fellow στο Centre for Spinal Studies and Surgery του Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham University Hospitals στο Nottingham του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (2023), το οποίο αποτελεί διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο Κέντρο Αριστείας κι Αναφοράς για τις παθήσεις, παραμορφώσεις και κακώσεις της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, καθώς και Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης της AO Spine. Σήμερα, ο ιατρός εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής Ορθοπαιδικός- Χειρουργός Σπονδυλικής Στήλης στην Κλινική Σπονδυλικής Στήλης, Κέντρο Σκολίωσης, Τραύματος και Ογκολογίας Σπονδυλικής Στήλης του Νοσοκομείου Metropolitan General στην Αθήνα. Είναι διδάσκων του σεμιναρίου «Πρώτες βοήθειες- ορθοπαιδικά επείγοντα» για προπτυχιακούς και μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών, ΕΚΠΑ από το 2019 έως σήμερα και ομιλεί άπταιστα Αγγλικά και Γερμανικά. Συμμετέχει ενεργά σε εγχώρια και διεθνή συνέδρια καθώς και επιμορφωτικά σεμινάρια και παράγει ερευνητικό έργο. Τέλος, είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Χειρουργικής Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας (Ε.Ε.Χ.Ο.Τ.) καθώς και του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας (G.M.C.).

Maria Vlaxou is an orthopedic surgeon who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli and concurrently holds the position of attending physician in the pediatric orthopedic clinic at Metropolitan Hospital.

Dr. Vlaxou was admitted to the medical school of the University of Patras in 2008 and graduated in 2014. Immediately thereafter, she worked for one year at the Corinth Hospital, where she was trained in the reception and management of polytrauma patients. From November 2015, she worked in the orthopedic oncology clinic at "Agios Savvas" Hospital, participating in major oncological surgeries and monitoring oncology patients. From June 2016 to 2023, she worked at General Hospital Georgios Gennimatas in the First Orthopedic Clinic, gaining experience in orthopedic trauma, arthroplasty of major joints, and sports injury rehabilitation. Concurrently, for two years, she completed a rotation in the Second Orthopedic Clinic of the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, where she was trained in pediatric orthopedic trauma, neonatal hip ultrasound according to Graf, the Ponseti method, and a wide range of other pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Georgios Sxinas MD, MSc, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Pefki. He holds a doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Surgical Orthopedics, and completed advanced training in total joint arthroplasties at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York, supported by a scholarship from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. As a scholar, he also trained in the sports injuries department of the KAT General Hospital, where he gained extensive surgical experience in sports injuries in both diagnosis and treatment. He serves as a Consultant at Ygeia Hospital and is a former Consultant at the Second Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," where he acquired significant experience in Emergency Orthopedics, actively participating in the clinic's on-call program. Previously, he worked as a physician in the Orthopedic Clinic at James Paget University Hospital in the United Kingdom. To date, he has authored presentations and publications in renowned scientific and medical journals and has been awarded for the best paper entitled: "Experience and Observations from Bone Lengthening with Unilateral External Fixation Devices."

Katsougkrakis Ilias is an Orthopedic Surgeon, serving as Deputy Director of the Robotic Orthopedic Surgery and Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital. He maintains private practices in Ilioupoli and Sparta, Laconia. After completing his specialty training, he went to the United Kingdom where he completed a postgraduate specialization program, a Fellowship, in Arthroscopic Surgery and Knee and Shoulder Arthroplasty at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, England. From 2012 to 2017, he worked as an Orthopedic Consultant in Adult and Pediatric Traumatology and Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Arthroplasty at Ealing Hospital in London and East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Novi Sad in Serbia and obtained his medical specialty title from the 6th Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas." After completing his specialty, he worked as the coordinating physician of the Parnassos Ski Center. Finally, he completed a postgraduate program in Health Units Management and Crisis Management at the University of Peloponnese. He maintains private practices in Ilioupoli and Sparta, Laconia.

Dr. Tsapakidis Giannis was born in Larisa in 1975 and graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2000. He completed his Orthopedic specialty residency at Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus, with part of his training conducted at KAT Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital in London. He received a scholarship from AO and worked as a Fellow at the Sports Injuries and Trauma Center of Queens Medical Centre University Hospital in Nottingham. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Athens and a member of AO ALUMNI. Since 2006, he has served as the team physician for the women's basketball team “ESPERIDES” Kallithea (Women’s A1 Basketball Champion for 2006-07 and 2008-09 and Greek Cup Winner for 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, and 2008-09). From 2015 to 2018, he was part of the medical team covering orthopedic concerns for the athletes of KAE AEK. Since 2013, he has provided medical coverage for the basketball team PROTEAS VOULAS and from 2015 to 2025 served as the medical provider for the athletes of the basketball team KAE AMAROUSIOU. From 2021 to 2023, he was the team physician for the WOMEN'S NATIONAL BASKETBALL TEAM, and from 2022 to 2024 for the team of PANIONIOS B.C. Previously, he was part of the medical team covering orthopedic needs of the athletes of KAE PANELLINIOS from 2008 to 2011 and the Cultural and Sports Center “DAIS.” Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, he provided medical coverage to the athletes of MELLISION and since 2018 to the athletes of ESPEROS B.C. Finally, starting this year, he has been the medical provider for the amateur club PANATHINAIKOS A.O. He has attended specialized seminars/workshops in Traumatology, Microsurgery, and Arthroscopic Surgery both in Greece and abroad. He has participated with publications/presentations in Greek and International scientific conferences and journals.
