He holds a degree in Medicine and Pharmacy from the University of Craiova and has specialized in general medicine at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Simultaneously, he continuously attends numerous national and international conferences to ensure his ongoing education. He is a member of the Hellenic Diabetes Association, the Hellenic Society of General Medicine, the American Diabetes Association, and the Hellenic Society of Hypertension and Cardiovascular Protection. Soldatou Kyriaki is a General Practitioner, maintaining a private practice in Glyfada and serving as a scientific collaborator at the Athens Medical Center. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a Master's Degree in Modern Clinical Laboratory Approaches to Lung Cancer from the General Hospital for Chest Diseases "SOTIRIA." Furthermore, she specialized in general and family medicine at the General Hospital "Hippocratio" of Athens and received training at Cambridge University at Addenbrooke's Hospital.

Ilektra Adamidou is a General/Family Physician with a practice in Paiania, Attica. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010 and completed her rural service in Skopelos in 2012. From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Simultaneously, she maintains her private practice in Paiania, where she offers comprehensive care for acute and chronic diseases such as infections, cough, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and dyslipidemias.

As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Sarakinou Panagiota MD, PhD is a Specialist General Practitioner with a private practice in Ilisia, in the Hilton area. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Rome in Italy (Universita di Roma "La Sapienza") with postgraduate degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Diabetes from the same University. He specializes in Primary Supportive - Consultative Nutrition for prevention and treatment of health problems. With the aim of continuing education in her field, she attends international conferences in the fields of nutrition, obesity and rheumatology - cutaneous autoimmune diseases. She has been practicing general family medicine at primary level for about 15 years. At the same time, as a specialist in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine, she provides medical services to patients seeking a better quality of life with as few health problems as possible.

Riniotou Eirini is a General Practitioner with a private practice in Keratsini. She is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of pathological cases such as diabetes monitoring, hypertension, anemia, and others, which, when necessary, are referred to the appropriate specialty for specialized care. She collaborates with the Diabetes Unit and Obesity Unit of a major private medical center and participates as a researcher in international clinical studies. Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Gkika Xara is a Specialist in General and Family Medicine and maintains a private practice in Ilion. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialty training in General and Family Medicine at the G.N.A. "G. Gennimatas" Hospital. She has attended the Postgraduate Program of the University of Thessaly focused on "Primary Health Care." She has been practicing general medicine for 20 years, serving both the public healthcare system and the private sector. Dr. Valvis Georgios is a General – Family Medicine physician with an active private practice in Piraeus. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having served in hospitals such as Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus and the General Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa." Since 2024, he has also been working as an occupational physician at doValue Greece through GEP SA, providing health and safety services. Dr. Alevizos Alevizos is a General Practitioner/Family Physician (GP/FM) who owns and manages two private medical practices in Piraeus and Thrakomakedones in the Athens wide metropolitan area. He holds a degree in Medicine from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with postgraduate training in diabetes from Harvard Medical School in the USA. He completed his residency in General and Family Medicine at "Tzaneio" General Hospital of Piraeus.

He has served as the medical scientific director for the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and has also served as a Health Consultant for the Hellenic Cardiological Foundation.

Since the legalisation of Medical Cannabis in Greece, he has been a pioneer in assisting patients with various ailments and medical conditions providing up-to-date medical care, substantially fullfilling unmet patients needs.

Georgakopoulos Stauros is a General Practitioner with a private practice in Ilisia. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina. He obtained his specialty in General Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he trained and participated as an assistant physician in the Hypertension Clinic of the First University Department of Internal Medicine and in the Diabetes Clinic.
