At the academic level, Dr. Eleni Tsaroucha holds a PhD from the Medical School of Freiburg, Germany, with a summa cum laude degree in diabetes mellitus. She holds a master's degree in health economics from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg University, with a focus on diabetes mellitus. She has contributed to studies published in prestigious international scientific journals and has given numerous speeches at conferences and presentations. Fragkakis Emmanouil MD is a Specialist in Internal Medicine with a private practice in Chania. In 2009, he graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and subsequently completed his military service after serving in the 1st Paratrooper Squadron in 2010.
