Maria Vlaxou is an orthopedic surgeon who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli and concurrently holds the position of attending physician in the pediatric orthopedic clinic at Metropolitan Hospital.

Since 2013, he has provided medical coverage for the basketball team PROTEAS VOULAS and from 2015 to 2025 served as the medical provider for the athletes of the basketball team KAE AMAROUSIOU. From 2021 to 2023, he was the team physician for the WOMEN'S NATIONAL BASKETBALL TEAM, and from 2022 to 2024 for the team of PANIONIOS B.C. Nikolas Bourganos is an Orthopedic Surgeon-Traumatologist at Children's Orthopedic Clinic of Athens Pediatric Center. He is also an external associate of General Orthopedics at Athens Medical Center. He maintains a private practice in Cholargos, Athens. He graduated from Medical School of Larissa and is a PhD candidate of Athens Medical School. He specialized at Amfissa Hospital for one year, where he came into contact and treated a number of sports related injuries. Affterwards, he continued his specialty at KAT Attica General Hospital. Mr. Georgoulis Stylianos MD, MSC, Dipl is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist with a private practice in Marousi. He has received advanced training at Oxford, United Kingdom, specializing in reconstructive orthopedics (hip and knee arthroplasty) and practices orthopedic surgery and traumatology - sports medicine at the 251 Air Force General Hospital as the Director of the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic. Simultaneously, he serves as the Deputy Director of the 7th Orthopedic Clinic at HYGEIA, focusing on robotic hip and knee arthroplasty, having been certified in these techniques. The core principles of his therapeutic approach to patients include information, understanding, honesty, and trust, which form the foundation for a personalized treatment process tailored to meet the distinct needs and demands of his patients. Dimitrios Kampras is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Melissia. He is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the 1st Orthopedic Department of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and at the corresponding department of the Attica General Hospital KAT. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in "Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Alongside his private practice, he serves as Deputy Director of the Orthopedic Department at "Euroclinic Children’s Hospital" and collaborates with "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center and the Athens Medical Center. Throughout his professional career, he has gained valuable experience and knowledge, and today, in his private practice, he offers specialized services covering the entire spectrum of orthopedic cases. Igglezos Nikolaos is an Orthopedic Surgeon, graduate of the Medical School of Comenius University of Bratislava, and in 2024 he graduated from the Master's Program (MSc) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Metabolic Bone Diseases. He maintains an active private collaboration with Metropolitan Hospital, where he also serves as an Attending Physician. Previously, he has worked in the Third Orthopedic Clinic of Athens General Hospital KAT, in the Microsurgery and Hand Surgery Department of KAT, as well as in the Sports Injuries Department of the same hospital, gaining extensive experience in trauma and total knee and hip arthroplasty. He has also worked in the Second Orthopedic Clinic of "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital as an orthopedic surgeon, at Livadeia General Hospital, and earlier served as a surgical resident in General Surgery at the same hospital. With experience in contemporary orthopedics and an active scientific interest in metabolic bone diseases, he undertakes cases and provides individualized patient care. With a focus on sports injuries and reconstructive orthopedic surgery, he manages conservative treatment using biological therapies with platelet-rich plasma (PRP), as well as surgical repair when conservative treatment is not indicated.
