Dr. Panagopoulos subsequently worked as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at the Royal London Hospital, one of the largest Trauma Centers in the United Kingdom and Europe. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Ο Δρ. Κασιμάτης Γεώργιος MD, PhD, FEBOT, FEBHS είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός με ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στο Νέο Ηράκλειο και το Μαρούσι. Έχει ασχοληθεί επισταμένα με το αντικείμενο του ώμου και έχει δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα σχετικά επιστημονικά περιοδικά, ενώ είναι και τακτικό μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρείας Ώμου-Αγκώνα (SECEC/ ESSSE).
