Ο Λιόλιος Βασίλειος είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Κατά την επιστροφή του από την Μεγάλη Βρετανία το 2017, προσέφερε για ένα χρονικό διάστημα τις υπηρεσίες του ως εθελοντής οφθαλμίατρος στην μη κερδοσκοπική οργάνωση PRAKSIS στη Θεσσαλονίκη εξετάζοντας ευάλωτες ομάδες ασθενών με δυσκολία πρόσβασης στις υπηρεσίες υγείας. Τα τελευταία επτά χρόνια εργάστηκε ως επιμελητής στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Νέας Ιωνίας «Κωνσταντοπούλειο -Πατησίων» υπεύθυνος ιατρείου βυθού και οφθαλμικών φλεγμονών.
