Η Αντωνοπούλου Παναγιώτα είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος, με επίσημες εξειδικεύσεις σε Παιδοοφθαλμολογία, Στραβισμό και Καταρράκτη όλων των ηλικιών από το Hν. Βασίλειο και τον Καναδά, και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, από όπου και αποφοίτησε με βαθμό Άριστα. Φοίτησε στο μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα MSc Biology of Vision του University College Lοndon λαμβάνοντας τον τίτλο με Διάκριση. Ολοκλήρωσε το επίσημο πρόγραμμα ειδικότητας του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (Certificate of Completion of Training). Πρόκειται για το πιο μακροχρόνιο και εντατικό πρόγραμμα ειδίκευσης στη Χειρουργική Οφθαλμολογία σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο. Μετά από εξετάσεις, έλαβε τον τίτλο της Fellow του Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth) στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και του European Board of Ophthalmologists (FEBO). Είναι κάτοχος αναγνωρισμένων διπλωμάτων εξειδίκευσης στην Παιδιατρική Οφθαλμολογία και το Στραβισμό Eνηλίκων ενώ είναι η πρώτη ιατρός από την Ελλάδα που εξειδικεύτηκε στην Παιδιατρική Οφθαλμολογία στο εμβληματικό The Hospital for Sick Children of Toronto, όπου βρίσκεται το μεγαλύτερο κέντρο Παιδιατρικής Οφθαλμολογίας της Βορείου Αμερικής (HΠΑ και Καναδάς). Έχει εργαστεί ως Επιμελήτρια στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων « Η Αγία Σοφία» και στο Manchester Royal Eye Hospital (Senior Registrar & ΑSTO). Διαθέτει πλούσιο ερευνητικό και εκπαιδευτικό έργο. Ακόμη, συμμετέχει ενεργά με ομιλίες σε διεθνή συνέδρια και είναι εξετάστρια για τις εξετάσεις FRCOphth. Μετά τη δωδεκαετή πορεία της στο εξωτερικό, επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα το 2023 και, παράλληλα με το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στην Αθήνα, συνεργάζεται με μεγάλα ιδιωτικά νοσοκομεία. Πέραν της Γενικής Οφθαλμολογίας, παρέχει εξειδικευμένες υπηρεσίες σε όλους τους τομείς της Παιδοοφθαλμολογίας και του Στραβισμού Ενηλίκων. Έχοντας πραγματοποιήσει χιλιάδες χειρουργικές επεμβάσεις σε βρέφη, παιδιά και ενήλικες, έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στις πλέον σύγχρονες μεθόδους χειρουργικής αντιμετώπισης καταρράκτη βρεφών, παίδων και ενηλίκων, δύσκολων περιστατικών στραβισμού σε όλες τις ηλικίες, παιδιατρικού γλαυκώματος, ανωμαλιών του προσθίου τμήματος του οφθαλμού και των βλεφάρων, αμφιβληστροειδοπάθειας της προωρότητας και της αδυναμίας παροχέτευσης των δακρύων.

Vasiliki Follidi is an Ophthalmologist - Pediatric Ophthalmologist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. At the same educational institution, she completed postgraduate studies in "Medical Genetics: Clinical and Laboratory Direction." She specialized in Surgical Ophthalmology - Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Children’s Hospital "Agia Sofia" in Athens, gaining invaluable experience in both specialized pediatric ophthalmologic examination and surgical correction of pediatric ophthalmologic disorders. From 2012 to 2014, she also practiced in the monitoring and management of retinopathy of prematurity in premature infants at the neonatal units of the same pediatric hospital. Additionally, she continued her specialization in Adult Ophthalmology at the "Hippokration" General Hospital of Athens. She has served as Consultant at the Ophthalmology Department of the Euroclinic Children’s Hospital in Athens. Moreover, from 2012 to 2016, she was an Associate at the "Athens General Clinic," supporting in the management of pediatric ophthalmologic diseases in neonates, infants, and children. Concurrently, since 2014, she has been Consultant of the pediatric ophthalmology department at the Pediatric Hospital of the Athens Medical Center group and the maternity hospital "Gaia." Since 2016, she has been an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Society of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and the Hellenic Ophthalmological Society, with the majority of her presentations and lectures at ophthalmology conferences as well as her publications in Greek and international medical journals focusing primarily on pediatric ophthalmology topics. Finally, she has participated in translations of English ophthalmological texts into Greek.

Ioannis Kokkoris is an Ophthalmologist - Pediatric Ophthalmologist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. Additionally, he collaborates with the Ophthalmology Clinic of Metropolitan General. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Ophthalmology at the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio". Furthermore, he holds a European Diploma in Ophthalmology, which he obtained in Paris. He has experience working in major Clinics and Hospitals in Attica and specializes in myopia laser treatment, pediatric ophthalmology, and cataract surgery.

Chrysavgi Adamopoulou is a Pediatric Ophthalmic Surgeon, Specialist in Pediatric and Adult Strabismus, and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She has served as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University in the United States of America, as well as Director of the Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Department at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. After completing her studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, she continued her training in the United States where she obtained her Ophthalmology specialty at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and subspecialized in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult and Pediatric Strabismus Surgery at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and the Kresge Eye Institute of Michigan. She has extensive experience in the surgical management of pediatric ophthalmologic conditions such as strabismus, congenital cataracts, retinopathy of prematurity, as well as in the surgical treatment of adult strabismus. She holds certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO), is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), and the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus (AAPOS). She served as a member of the Professional Education Committee of AAPOS for five consecutive years (2015-2020), a committee that contributes through lectures and educational programs to the further training of pediatric ophthalmologists in America. She was Section Editor of Eyewikipedia in the field of Pediatric Ophthalmology for three years (2015-2018) and was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for her contribution. Additionally, she has publications in major medical journals and has authored ophthalmology chapters in medical textbooks.

Η Δαραβάγκα- Λύρου Μαρία είναι Παιδοοφθαλμίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Πραγματοποίησε τις ιατρικές της σπουδές στο Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και, εν συνεχεία, ειδικεύτηκε στην Οφθαλμολογία σε πανεπιστημιακή κλινική της Γερμανίας. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει fellowship πάνω στις παθήσεις του αμφιβληστροειδούς, της ωχράς κηλίδας και στις φλεγμονές οφθαλμού στο Moorfields Eye Hospital στο Λονδίνο. Το θέμα της διαδακτορικής της διατριβής είναι πάνω στην ηλικιακή εκφύλιση της ωχράς κηλίδας. Διαθέτει κλινική εμπειρία έχοντας εργαστεί σε νοσοκομεία της Ελλάδας και της Γερμανίας. Τέλος, εξειδικεύεται στην Παιδο-οφθαλμολογία, και είναι συνεργάτης του Παιδιατρικού Κέντρου του Ιατρικού Αθηνών και του μαιευτηρίου ΡΕΑ.

Gaki Stergiani FEBO is a Pediatric Ophthalmologist and Ophthalmologist with a practice located in Nea Smyrni, near the central square. She studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in ophthalmology at the Charite Augenklinik University Clinic in Berlin and at the University Clinic of Cologne, Germany, where she gained significant experience in General Ophthalmology and Pediatric Ophthalmology. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as a scholarship recipient from the University of Athens. She specialized in Ophthalmology at the Hôpital ophtalmique Jules Gonin in Switzerland and at the First University Clinic of the G. Gennimatas Hospital. She holds diplomas from the European Board of Ophthalmology and the International Council of Ophthalmology. She has been awarded, after examinations, the European Subspecialty Title in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (FEBO-SP) from the European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO), the European Strabismological Association (ESA), and the European Paediatric Ophthalmological Society (EPOS). She specialized in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in the United Kingdom. She has also worked at the Ophthalmology Clinic of the Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia". She has published papers in international scientific journals and has presented at Greek, European, and international conferences. She is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Hellenic Ophthalmological Society, as well as the Hellenic Society of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. In her practice, she manages cases covering the entire spectrum of ophthalmology, while also specializing in strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology.
