Gkortsali Athanasia is an Otolaryngologist with a private practice in Kolonaki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace. Είναι αριστούχος απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Semmelweis και αριστούχος διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Το 2017 ολοκλήρωσε με βαθμό Άριστα τη διδακτορική του διατριβή με τίτλο «Συμβολή στη μελέτη της ποιότητας ζωής ασθενών που υποβλήθηκαν σε ρινοπλαστική», η οποία διερεύνησε την επίδραση της ρινοπλαστικής στη λειτουργικότητα, την ψυχολογία και τη συνολική ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών.
