Είναι αριστούχος απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Semmelweis και αριστούχος διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.
