Fragkiskos Konstantinos is a Mental Health Counselor who addresses a wide range of issues such as grief management, anger, understanding and managing interpersonal relationship challenges, self-improvement, anxiety and stress management, fear management, and more. Concurrently, she volunteers to support youth aged 12 to 25 at the @ease facility in the Netherlands. She has research experience in anxiety, attentional bias, and virtual reality (VR), and participated in conducting a study on involuntary hospitalizations at the Athens Psychiatric Hospital DAFNI, conducting interviews with patients. Finally, she completed an internship at the Alzheimer’s disease organization, where she was trained in cognitive empowerment and cognitive assessment using psychometric tools.

Dimitrios Mpoukas is a Psychologist - Psychotherapist and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He holds a master's degree from University College London (UCL) (MSc Cognitive and Decision Sciences), and completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology and secondarily in Computer Science at the University of La Verne, California. He has been trained in various areas of Applied Psychology, particularly in Family Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by Richard Bandler, John Grinder, and others. Additionally, he is the founder of the Human Relationships Counseling Center "MetaMorfosis" and a Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). His experience includes working with youth and families and delivering artistic metaphors in laboratory seminars. Finally, he participated in the authorship of the first original Greek book on NLP, "Technology of Change," has been a speaker at scientific seminars, and continues to follow international contemporary trends in Counseling Psychology, which he applies in his practice.
