She has over 25 years of experience in the business sector. As a working mother of two children, she deeply understands the challenges of modern daily life and the impact these can have on physical and mental health.

Aleksiadou Maria is a Mental Health Consultant and EMCC Global Certified Life Coach, with extensive experience in mental empowerment and the management of personal and professional changes. She holds a Coaching Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from the Athens Coaching Institute for Greece & Cyprus and is a Certified Career Counseling Consultant from the KEDIVIMP of the University of Patras. She has specialized in Life & Career Skills Development and Couples and Family Counseling and Therapy through an e-Learning program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has completed a Psychology program certified by ACTA (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). She specializes in stress management, self-confidence, interpersonal relationships, and work-life balance.
