Tsiakalos Miltos MSc, PhD is a Life Coach - Mental Health Consultant with a private practice in Koukaki, specializing in Coaching and Interpersonal Relationships. Eleni Vardaki is a Therapeutic Coach - EFT Practitioner who conducts online sessions.

Her holistic approach to coaching and mentoring helps you regulate your nervous system so that you leave the session calmer and more clear-headed. She is specialized in therapeutic EFT Tapping coaching and has over 1000 hours of EFT Tapping therapy practice. She has helped people overcome their fears and phobias (fear of flying, fear of needles, fear of doctors, fear of invasive medical procedures, emetophobia, fear of surgery, fear of public speaking, fear of going back to school).
