Η Αρντέτα-Μαρία Μάρκου είναι Γενικός Οικογενειακός Ιατρός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Κορωπί. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

H κ. Μάρκου διαθέτει πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συστηματική ενασχόληση με τον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη και την Παχυσαρκία, ενώ κατέχει τη διεθνή Πιστοποίηση SCOPE (Specialist Certification of Obesity Professional Education) για τη διαχείριση και την αντιμετώπιση της παχυσαρκίας από την Παγκόσμια Ομοσπονδία Παχυσαρκίας (World Obesity Federation).

Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή της στο Γ.Ν.Α. «Ιπποκράτειο». Στο πλαίσιο της ειδικότητάς της εκπαιδεύτηκε σε όλο το φάσμα της Παθολογίας στις κλινικές, τα εξωτερικά ιατρεία και ειδικότερα στα εξειδικευμένα ιατρεία Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη και Υπέρτασης του νοσοκομείου. Επιπλέον, συμμετείχε στις εφημερίες του Τμήματος Επειγόντων Περιστατικών.

Έχει διατελέσει Επιμελήτρια Β’ στο Κέντρο Υγείας Καλυβίων, ασκώντας κλινικό έργο που περιλαμβάνει το σύνολο των υπηρεσιών της Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις λοιμώξεις, τον προσυμπτωματικό έλεγχο και τη θεραπευτική διαχείριση χρονίων νοσημάτων όπως σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, παχυσαρκία, δυσλιπιδαιμία και υπέρταση. Κατά τη διάρκεια της θητείας της στο κέντρο υγείας συμμετείχε στο πρόγραμμα Sentinel για την επιδημιολογική επιτήρηση λοιμώξεων του ΕΟΔΥ.

Είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών (MSc) στη «Διαχείριση Γήρανσης και Χρονίων Νοσημάτων» από το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας σε συνεργασία με το Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο. Η διπλωματική της εργασία πραγματεύτηκε τις νεότερες εξελίξεις στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη Τύπου 2 (ΣΔ2) και την ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών.

Η ιατρός συμμετέχει ενεργά σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια και ενημερώνεται διαρκώς για τις διεθνείς ιατρικές εξελίξεις. Στο ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο παρέχει εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα συνδυάζοντας την κλινική εμπειρία με την εξειδικευμένη γνώση στη διαχείριση οξέων και χρόνιων παθήσεων.

Dr. Kavaratzis Kyriakos is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and has maintained a Private Practice in Alexandroupolis since 2008. He graduated from the Medical School of Plovdiv University and obtained the title of Specialist in Internal Medicine after completing his specialization at the State and A University Internal Medicine Clinic of the University General Hospital of Alexandroupolis, the outpatient clinic for diabetes and obesity, and a concurrent 3-month training in Oncology, Intensive Care Unit, Cardiology, and the Emergency Department. Simultaneously, he has worked as a Specialist in Internal Medicine at I.K.A. Alexandroupolis for 2 years, for 4 years at K.A.P.I. Alexandroupolis, and for 1 year at the Migrant Center in Komotini.

Mpaniotis Ioannis is a Pathologist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Bucharest and completed his specialization in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Giannitsa and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Dimitrios." Additionally, after two years of training, he obtained certification in Medical Acupuncture and has undergone further training at the Hospital of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Beijing and the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. From 2007 to 2013, he provided services as a Specialist Pathologist at the IKA Pylis Axiou in Thessaloniki, as a medical examiner at the Naval Retirement Fund, the Hotel Workers' Fund (TAXY), as well as in private clinics in Thessaloniki. Currently, he volunteers at the KAPI centers of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, examining and providing services to the vulnerable elderly population. Melxer Spyridon is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Moschato. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Palermo and completed his specialty in Pathology at the "P. Giaccone" Polyclinic in Italy. He has served as Consultant at the Internal Medicine Clinic of Euroclinic Athens and has recently been promoted to Deputy Director at the same Clinic. He specializes in the management of Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, and Obesity and is a collaborator of Eurodiet. He also has significant experience in Rheumatology, having been a Clinical Associate at the rheumatology outpatient clinic (Policlinico “P. Giaccone”) in Palermo, Italy. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Diabetes Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Italian Society of Internal Medicine, and the Piraeus Medical Association.

Valanikas Euripidis is a Specialist Pathologist who maintains a private practice in Sykiés, Thessaloniki, and collaborates with the Kyanoús Stavrós Clinic in Thessaloniki and the AHEPA University Hospital of Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and completed his specialty training at the First Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the AHEPA University Hospital. He has completed two postgraduate programs focusing on Clinical Pharmacology - Therapeutics and the latest techniques in Diabetes Mellitus management. During his specialty training, he was trained at Centers of Excellence for Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus, as well as in the Stroke Unit of the First Propaedeutic Clinic at AHEPA University Hospital. He has a particular interest in all aspects of Metabolic Syndrome (Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Atherosclerosis, Cerebrovascular Accidents) and Infections, and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of all diseases within the spectrum of Internal Medicine. He is a former Consultant of the Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki G. Papanikolaou and has worked in numerous positions within the National Health System and the private sector.
