Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, από όπου αποφοίτησε με Άριστα και δύο υποτροφίες. Στη συνέχεια, ολοκλήρωσε εξαετή εξειδίκευση στην Αγγλία, στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Οξφόρδης, με περαιτέρω εκπαίδευση στη Δερματολογία, τη Δερματοχειρουργική και τη Mohs Χειρουργική - μια εξειδικευμένη μέθοδο για την αφαίρεση δερματικών καρκίνων. Έπειτα, μετέβη στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες Αμερικής, όπου για έναν χρόνο εξειδικεύτηκε στις σύγχρονες τεχνικές Μεταμόσχευσης Μαλλιών FUE, σε μία από τις κορυφαίες κλινικές του είδους.

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εκπαίδευσής της, επέστρεψε στο Λονδίνο, όπου εργάστηκε για δύο χρόνια ως Διευθύντρια σε ιδιωτικές Κλινικές Πλαστικής Χειρουργικής στη διάσημη Harley Street. Ακολούθως, εργάστηκε για δύο ακόμη χρόνια στην Ελβετία, στη Ζυρίχη, επίσης ως Διευθύντρια σε κορυφαίες ιδιωτικές κλινικές Πλαστικής Χειρουργικής. Karadakis Fotios is a Dermatologist - Venereologist with a private practice in Thessaloniki. Markos Mixelakis MD is a Dermatologist - Venereologist who maintains a private practice in Marousi.
