She completed her studies in the Business Administration department of the Athens University of Economics and Business, and holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (BSc, MSc) from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) in the United Kingdom, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Therapeutic Counseling and Psychotherapy from ICPS College of Humanistic Sciences. Additionally, she has completed further training in Art Therapy, in Behavior Analysis at Panteion University, and has been trained as an Effective Parent Instructor (Thomas Gordon model). She is also trained as a yoga and meditation teacher at the Karuna Yoga Center in Florida, USA. She offers individual psychotherapy and counseling sessions, facilitates personal development groups, Art Therapy and bibliotherapy groups, and works as a Parent Educator. She continues to receive training, attend specialized seminars, and offer volunteer services.

Συνειδητές Αναπνοές (breathwork): Από το 2007 ασχολείται με τις συνειδητές αναπνοές, συμμετείχε βιωματικά σε πολλά εργαστήρια και εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια τεχνικών Συνειδητής Αναπνοής στην Ελλάδα και στο Εξωτερικό. Συντονίζει σεμινάρια τεχνικών αναπνοής από το 2012 μέχρι σήμερα και υποστηρίζει ατομικές συνεδρίες συνειδητών αναπνοών.

Yoga: Πιστοποιημένη δασκάλα με πάνω από 1000 ώρες εκπαίδευσης. Εξειδικεύεται στην θεραπευτική yoga, ενώ συντονίζει και εκπαιδεύσεις δασκάλων yoga (500h).

Εναλλακτικές φιλοσοφίες: Εμβάθυνε στη Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, συνδέοντας τις εφαρμοσμένες φιλοσοφίες του Βουδισμού και του Ινδουισμού με σύγχρονες ψυχοθεραπευτικές μεθόδους.
