The Reconnect Therapy Team
The Reconnect Therapy team consists of psychologists and psychotherapists who share a common set of values while bringing diverse areas of expertise to their work.
We offer individual and group psychotherapy, couples therapy, parent counselling, and psychological support for children and adolescents. Sessions are available in person at our practice in Nea Smyrni, Athens, and online.
Our goal is to help you find a therapist with whom you can feel safe and build a stable, meaningful therapeutic relationship. We work with respect for each person's individuality, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and a belief in the human capacity for connection and growth.
