Andreas Tsoumeleas is an Interventional Cardiologist and the scientific director of the Health Diagnosis multi-specialty clinic. He is also the head of the Cardiology Department at the Athens Therapy Center, an Interventional Cardiologist at the Athens Bioclinic, and an external collaborator with the "HYGEIA" and "IASO GENERAL" Hospitals. He holds a degree in Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), graduating with honors ("very good"). He completed his specialization in Cardiology, which included two years of Internal Medicine at the 2nd University Internal Medicine Clinic of the G.N.A. "Hippokration" and four years of Cardiology at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio - Benakeio Hellenic Red Cross." He obtained his Cardiology specialty title in 2019. Subsequently, he specialized and participated for two years in the full scope of Interventional Cardiology (coronary angiographies, angioplasties, bifurcation lesions, heavily calcified lesions, rotational atherectomy, chronic total occlusions) at the Hemodynamics Laboratory of the "Red Cross" Hospital. He is a member of the Hellenic Cardiological Society (HCS) and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). Finally, he is a member and ALS instructor at the Hellenic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Society (HCRS) and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC).
