Από τον Ιούνιο του 2023 ως τον Δεκέμβριο του 2025 διετέλεσε Επιμελητής Β' του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Ανατολικής Αχαΐας, στη νοσηλευτική μονάδα Αιγίου, όπου πέραν των καθηκόντων του ως γενικός χειρουργός, κατείχε την θέση υπεύθυνου του τμήματος παθολογίας μαστού, όπου πραγματοποιούσε προσυμπτωματικό-προληπτικό έλεγχο, εκτίμηση διαγνωστικών ελέγχων (υπέρηχος μαστών, μαστογραφία, μαγνητική μαστών) βιοψία με κόπτουσα βελόνα FNB και FNA, αξιολόγηση κινδύνου, χειρουργική αντιμετώπιση παθήσεων μαστού. Σε συνεργασία με πλαστικό χειρουργό γινόταν και αποκατάσταση, στα πλαίσια της χειρουργικής ογκολογίας του Μαστού.

Παράλληλα έχει συμμετάσχει σε πολυάριθμα μετεκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα, συνέδρια και σεμινάρια. Είναι αριστούχος απόφοιτος της Ελληνικής Σχολής Μαστολογίας, που ιδρύθηκε και λειτουργεί από το 2009 υπό την Αιγίδα της Διεθνούς Εταιρείας Μαστολογίας και είναι αναγνωρισμένη από το Υπουργεία Παιδείας και Υγείας από το 2013. Dr Olivia FIORI was born in Paris and studied medicine at the Saint-Antoine Faculty of Medicine, Pierre and Marie Curie University Paris VI between 1990 and 1996. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1996 and successfully passed the medical internship exam, deciding to specialize in Gynecology-Obstetrics. Between 1997 and 2004 she trained in the best university hospital departments in Paris under the supervision of internationally recognized professors of gynecology. From 2001 she chose to focus on reproductive medicine, a field that allowed her to combine her interest in endocrinology and gynecology. In parallel to her hospital training, she completed a Master’s degree in reproductive biology and a Master’s degree in developmental physiology at the University of Paris V. In 2004, she became head of clinic at the Paris Hospitals and worked in the reproductive medicine Assistance unit of Pr UZAN, at the TENON Hospital in Paris. In 2008 she left the public hospital and decided, with the precious help of a biologist trained in the department of Pr Frydman, to revitalize the Assisted Reproduction department in a private clinic near Paris. She has been practicing there until now and has performed nearly 4000 IVF giving birth to several hundred beautiful babies. Dr Fiori is convinced of the power of the mind over the body, as she has observed during her 20 years of practice.
